6 5. Composition of Delegation International Military Sports Council The delegations of each European nation can be comprised of the Chief of Delegation and two Delegates. Spouses are most welcome. 6. Transport The Delegations are responsible for their transport to and from any arrival point to Riga or Jurmala. 7. Weather conditions During the European period the average max/mix temperature in Jurmala and Riga is 15 o C / 5 o C. 11. Visa procedures Application for visa is responsibility of the participating delegations. For information on passports and visas for entry into Latvia, we recommend you to contact the Latvian Embassy/Consulate in your country.

7 12. Medical Care The Organizing Committee will provide first aid medical emergency assistance during the European. However the organizers are not responsible for surgical operations or other special treatment and examination. 13.
