4 Nature Camps Camp Kingfisher at the Chattahoochee Nature Center Dunwoody Nature Center Campers enjoy nature discovery, trail walks, arts & crafts, simple science experiments, games, and free play. YMCA Although they may be structured differently, YMCA day and overnight resident camps provide the same outcome: Kids have fun while they learn how to make new friends, build new skills and grow in selfreliance. Many Y camps use a natural setting to teach youth about the wonders of the world around them and how they can take good care of it. Some offer special sessions on academics, sports, arts, or teen adventure or leadership.
