7 Learn about what matters to you
8 Voice Opportunity Innovation What issues matters most to you in your communities? We provide tools, discussion, and activities to prepare you for addressing these issues You design and implement real solutions to real problems
9 Voice Opportunity Innovation Chicago is full of vacant lots and food deserts - areas lacking access to healthy, fresh, affordable food options. We created a 3-hour project in which students evaluated possible uses of a vacant lot to serve community residents and stimulate the local economy. Scholars developed a Leadership Project to teach urban youth how to grow their own healthy food.
