2 VENUE RENTALS 800 Cherokee Avenue, SE Atlanta, GA NOURISH EVENTS AT ZOO ATLANTA Zoo Atlanta offers year-round daytime and evening events for 20 to 5,000 people. The cuisine of Nourish Events, Zoo Atlanta s preferred caterer, will delight any palate. From backyard barbecues to plated dinners, our culinary staff will transform your event into a delectable experience! ZOO HOURS April - October Weekdays: 9:30-5:30 p.m. Weekends: 9:30-6:30 p.m. November-March Weekdays & Weekends: 9:30-5:30 p.m. Weddings take place after Zoo hours. Contact your Nourish Event Specialist for available venue dates. DAYTIME RENTALS π Rentals are for a three (3) hour period. π Up to two (2) hours prior to the event are alloted for setup. π Up to one (1) hour after the event alloted for breakdown. π Additional hours are available at a rate of 25% of the venue rental fee per hour. π Includes Zoo admission tickets (non-transferable). Additional tickets available for advanced purchase. π The customer must provide proof of general liability insurance of $500,000 per occurrence naming Zoo Atlanta as additional insured. Please note that this must be provided to the Zoo two weeks prior to event. π All events subject to City of Atlanta s noise ordinance. EVENING RENTALS π Evening rentals are for a four (4) hour period. π Up to two (2) hours prior to the event are alloted for setup. π Up to two (2) hours after the event alloted for breakdown. π Additional hours are available at a rate of 25% of the venue rental fee per hour. π Includes Zoo admission tickets (non-transferable). 3 THE COCA-COLA WORLD STUDIO Perfect for award ceremonies, corporate meetings, screenings and performances, the Coca-Cola World Studio seats 257 people. The theater is wheelchair accessible. Daytime rentals include 150 Zoo admission tickets. Audio visual support for up to 4 hours is included. Rental of the Coca-Cola World Studio includes access to a private event gate. Daytime or evening rentals: $2,000 TECHLAB The Tech Lab is a perfect location for team building retreats, small meetings and intimate receptions. Daytime rentals include 40 Zoo admission tickets. Rental of the Tech Lab includes access to a private event gate. Audio visual support is available at a rate of $75/hour. Daytime or evening rentals: $600 FORD CONSERVATION ROOM Equipped with Audio Visual and a built in sound system, this 2,000 square foot venue is ideal for social receptions, business meetings or seated dinners. Daytime rentals include 75 Zoo admission tickets. Rental of the Ford Conservation Room includes access to a private event gate. 4 ENTIRE ARC (CONSERVATION ACTION RESOURCE CENTER) The Entire ARC rental includes access to the Ford Conservation Room, Eco Hall, TECHLab, and the Coca-Cola World Studio. Daytime rentals include 200 Zoo tickets. Rental of the Entire ARC includes access to a private event gate. Audio visual support for up to 4 hours is included. Daytime or evening rentals: $3,000 FLAMINGO PLAZA Flamingo Plaza is located right inside of the front gate to the Zoo and includes a private viewing of our Chilean flamingos. This space is perfect for cocktail receptions and dinner events. Tent rental, pole covers and string lights are included. $5000 catering minimum applies. Evening rentals: $3,950 CHINESE PLAZA AND PANDA VERANDA The Chinese Plaza and Panda Veranda are adjacent to the giant panda habitat. This open-aired space features the covered Chinese Plaza, as well as the panda viewing room, and is perfect for receptions, dinners or weddings. This venue is only available for evening events and includes a private panda viewing until dusk. Weekday evening rental: $1,200 Weekend evening rental: $1,500

5 GORILLA DECK The deck is perfect for a cool evening function which includes an exclusive gorilla feeding for you and your guests. This area allows your guests to mingle and enjoy an up-close view of our western lowland gorillas until dusk. Weekday evening rental: $850 Weekend evening rental: $1,150 TWIGA TERRACE (GIRAFFE DECK) Being the newest addition to Zoo Atlanta, the Twiga Terrace is perfect for couples who wish to keep their big day intimate. It is a great space for smaller ceremonies and receptions. Daytime or evening rental: $850 PUBLIX PARTY PAVILION This cozy outdoor pavilion is located in our KIDZone area and is perfect for birthday parties, small company picnics and other social events. 6 AMPHIBIAN REPTILE EXPERIENCE GEORGIA EXTREME This space is located in our new state of the art Amphibian Reptile Exhibit. It provides the perfect location for small gatherings and cocktail receptions. This area allows for your guests to enjoy an amazing view of our tortoise tank while dining. Daytime rentals: $750 Evening rentals: $600 Includes 30 admission tickets. AMPIBIAN REPTILE EXPERIENCE The Amphibian and Reptile Experience an exploration that is as educational as it is visually stunning. This location serves as a unique backdrop for cocktail receptions. Guests have the opportunity to explore over 70 species during an event. Evening rental: $1,200

7 FORD PAVILION AND GRAND PATIO This 16,000 square foot pavilion is perfect for large company picnics, fund raisers and corporate dinners. Evening rentals of the Ford Pavilion include use of the outdoor Grand Patio. Daytime rentals include up to 300 Zoo admission tickets. $5,000 catering minimum applies. Weekend daytime rentals: $4,200 Weekday rentals: $3,200 Evening rentals: $3,500 Planning for a smaller group? Rent half of the Ford Pavilion (divider wall included) for $2,500. Daytime events include 100 tickets. ENTIRE ZOO RENTAL Let your imagination run WILD when you use the entire Zoo for your next big company picnic, conference, reception or convention. A great way to entertain larger groups (5,000 people max), the package includes access to the Ford Pavilion and Grand Patio, Chinese Plaza and Panda Veranda, Trader s Alley, Publix Party Pavilion and Gorilla Deck. Animal exhibits and rides, including the Georgia Natural Gas Blue Flame Express Zoo Train, Rock Climber and Nabisco Endangered Species Carousel, will be open until dusk. Once the animal exhibits and rides close, the party can continue in the Ford Pavilion. Private elephant, gorilla and orangutan feedings included. Weekday rental: $8,500* Weekend rental: $10,000* *Up to 2,000 guests, additional fee of $10 for each guest over 2,000 Fee does not include any catering, equipment rentals or additional entertainment options.
