The size of the usable work area on poster boards: Height: 120 cm Width: 100 cm Call for papers with instructions and abstract submission Abstracts must be submitted electronically via our website. You must register your details before submitting your abstract. Deadline for abstract submission is 15th June, Abstracts should be prepared and submitted according to the instructions below: The abstracts should be written in English (US) language. MS Word file, Verdana font type, 9 pts font size, single line spacing required. 5 Social programs Welcome reception Sunday, 28 August The price is included in the registration fee. All Participants are invited to attend to the Welcome reception. Shipping tour and Fishermen s party* Monday, 29 August During the journey you can enjoy the beautiful view of the River Tisza by ship which will land at the traditional Fisherman s Inn of Szeged that is located at the bank of the river. The richly flavored and delicious fisherman s soup a speciality of Szeged the beautiful natural environment of the bank of the river will provide a unique atmosphere of the evening. Menu: Old Kőrössy fish soup from carp and catfish fillet Fish cracklings a la Makó with breaded onion rings Apple crépes with chocolate and caremel dressing a la Tápé Drinks: 1 glass champagne, 1 glass wine or beer and 1 bottle of mineral water Price of the program: 7800 Ft Sightseeing tour in Szeged* Monday, 29 August If you prefer walking through the city and wish to see the main sights of Szeged, you can choose a 2-3 hours-long walking tour guided by a professional travel guide. During the tour the participants can see places such as the Dóm, nice squares of the city, the famous Kárász street, or the bank of River Tisza. The program includes a visit to the spectacular building of the Reök Palace, where you will be guided at an exhibition. Price of the program: 4000 Ft * Please note, that you can choose only one program: either the Shipping Tour or the Sightseeing tour. Both program will start in case of certain number of applicants only. Closing banquett Tuesday, 30 August The price is included in the registration fee. All Participants are invited to attend to the Closing banquett. 5

6 Confirmation Upon receipt of your registration you will receive an automatic confirmation reply. Payment After registering for the Congress and receiving the confirmation, please arrange your payment. All payments should be made in HUF and all bank charges will be charged to the payer. Also, please indicate on the transfer your name, the name of the event and your registration number. Cancellation of Congress Participation In the case that you cancel your participation at the congress by 28 July 2016, the registration fee minus a processing fee of HUF+VAT will be refunded. No refund will be made if cancellation is made at a later date. Please notify the Congress Office of your cancellation in writing. Modification of Congress Participation In the case of cancellation or modification of any of the datas of your invoice, it will mean a handling charge of HUF+VAT. After the Congress, handling charge raises to HUF+VAT. Please notify the Congress Office of your modification in writing. Liability-insurance The participants take part in all excursions at their own risk. The registration fee does not include any kind of insurance. The Organizing Committee and the Congress Office can not accept liability for personal accidents, losses or damage. Health, baggage or accident insurance is recommended. 6

7 Congress venue IH Event Center, 6721 Szeged, Felső Tiszapart 2. IH Event Center is located in the centre of Szeged on the bank of the Tisza River. All lectures, meals, poster sessions and the exhibition will be held at the fully renovated IH Event Center. Beside the cultural palette several professional exhibitions, business events, conferences and balls are held here. In the two-storeyed building there are three conference rooms, two smaller meeting rooms, a spacious foyer and a separable conference hall. It is an ideal place for conferences with participants. The building is easily usable by disabled people as an elevator has been built in. The whole building is a non smoking area and air-conditioned. The 600 persons Great Hall is on the first floor. Professional soundproofing, a motorscreen, a projector with 8x10 meter stage is excellently suitable for projection. Accomodation Conference participants are requested to reserve their accommodation directly at the hotels. Here you find a selection of various hotels in Szeged, which are in the city center. (Please note that the period of August belongs to the peak season of the summer guests. You will be informed about the payment process and the cancellation policy directly by the hotel.) 7

It is a 4 star hotel located in the centre of Szeged on the bank of Tisza River. The hotel features a restaurant, bar and meeting rooms as well as WiFi internet. Parking is available in front of the Hotel, on a 5 EUR per day cost. The Hotel s own closed parking is available at 10 EUR per day cost. Rooms are equipped with two single beds, safe, telephone, air conditioning, welcome tray (mineral water, coffee, tea) satellite TV and radio, hair dryer, bath-robe, and free internet access (Wi-Fi). In the wellness centre there are two rooms where a range of massages are on offer, a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, Turkish bath and a bubble bath with a unique view to the Cathedral. The hotel provides a wellness section with steam and infra saunas, salt-room, massage, a gym, and has its own garage which can be used by guest for the price 6,-EUR/car/night. It has limited space, therefore parking spot reservation is required. 10
