1 Inspire and be inspired! INVITATION ANSE, Károli-Gáspár University, the Hungarian Association of Supervisors MSZCT and DGSv (Germany) cordially invite you to our Research Conference. How important research on supervision and coaching is hardly needs explanation. All over Europe, supervisors and coaches - as well as their clients and constituents - feel the need to strengthen the evidence base of their trade, and so to enhance its credibility, reliability and legitimacy. And not to forget: to raise the quality of our practice. What is our purpose? To present researchers, scholars, practitioners and board members in the field of supervision and coaching an opportunity to meet and be informed about past current and future research on supervision and coaching in different European countries. To present contributors a platform to exchange, discuss and debate their experiences with design, methodology and findings of their respective research programs. To enhance the cross border knowledge base of research on supervision and coaching, and to enable participants to network. What do we offer? An opening address by Professor Anton Pelinka Two key note lectures Four seminars for contributors to exchange and discuss their research experiences A workshop on video-analysis in coaching and team consultancy A platform for presentation and discussion of PhD and Master thesis still open.
