2 INVITATION The organizers cordially invite you to JVC-12 / EVC-10 / AMDVG-7, which is a triple conference held together, with common lectures and programme at the same venue for one registration. PUBLICATION Selected papers of previous conferences of these series were published as the Proceedings of the conference in a special issue of the journal VACUUM.
