3 Presentation of draft revised Bye Laws and Internal Rules For discussion only. Adoption is planned in November GA 2014 J. Vaarten The Union of Veterinarians in Bulgaria proposed to lay down in the FVE Bye Laws that 1of the 4 FVE vice-presidents should be a representative from Central and Eastern European countries. The proposal was discussed in the meeting of the WP and in the FVE Board. Neither the WP nor the FVE Board advises to follow the proposal. The BVU asks the proposal to be voted by the GA.
