7 Stadards of Scholarship ad Professioalism Achievig the missio ad goals of the Uiversity of Chicago ad Chicago Booth depeds o the maer i which each member of our commuity coducts himself or herself, both withi the school ad whe represetig Chicago Booth exterally. Classroom, extracurricular, ad professioal relatioships must be fouded o the values ad priciples of mutual respect, ad also o the affirmatio of the legal rights of all members of our commuity. As members of the Chicago Booth commuity, studets (alog with admiistrators, staff, ad faculty) are expected to coduct themselves ad commuicate i a maer cosistet with the values of academic, persoal, ad professioal itegrity. This icludes, but is ot limited to, professioal coduct with faculty, other studets, ad staff through the completio of course requiremets, classroom behavior, ad extracurricular activities sposored by Chicago Booth or Chicago Booth approved studet groups, corporate recruiters, alumi, other costituet groups, ad members of the studet body. The Chicago Booth commuity is committed to buildig ad sustaiig a eviromet i which its members ca freely work together. We wat to promote ad capitalize o our rich diversity as a source of itellectual ad iterpersoal opeess, while recogizig that differeces betwee us will always be preset. All members of our commuity must be treated with the same level of respect regardless of sex, race, cultural heritage, religious practice, ad/ or sexual idetity. Each member of our commuity is resposible for the protectio of the digity ad the rights of other members. This sectio icludes, but is ot limited to, the stadards of scholarship ad professioalism to which each Chicago Booth studet must adhere. Violatio of these stadards is cause for discipliary review. Specific Stadards of Scholarship Chicago Booth s Learig Eviromet The missio of Chicago Booth is to educate future busiess leaders. The ability ad willigess to lear reside i the idividual, but very high levels of learig ca be achieved oly if all members of the Chicago Booth commuity uderstad ad respect their mutual obligatios. Each commuity member defies the quality of this learig eviromet through his or her daily actios ad choices. The learig eviromet exteds beyod the classroom to the myriad iteractios ad workig relatioships of the larger commuity of studets, faculty, alumi, ad staff. Four cosideratios shape Chicago Booth s perspective of the ideal learig eviromet: 1. Respect for the idividual. There is a deep respect for the idividuality of each studet ad faculty member. Through a wide choice of electives, access to detailed course descriptios withi the olie Curriculum Guide, ad the biddig system to select courses, studets ca satisfy their particular iterests ad learig styles. Likewise, faculty members each have the opportuity to decide what they teach ad how. 2. The classroom as a place of learig. Classrooms at Chicago Booth call for studets ad faculty to work together to esure learig. Learig is ot a spectator sport; powerful learig experieces require the commitmet of both studets ad teachers. The role of the studets is to participate actively i the learig process rather tha cosume kowledge passively. 3. Persoal itegrity. Both faculty ad studets are subject to the highest stadards of persoal itegrity i their iteractios with Chicago Booth colleagues ad with exteral costituecies. 8 4. Cotiuous improvemet. Chicago Booth is committed to cotiuous improvemet of all aspects of the school s learig eviromet. Faculty members are ecouraged to view the classroom as a laboratory for the testig of cuttig-edge, evolvig kowledge ad techiques. Cosistet with Chicago Booth s log-stadig empirical traditios, a commitmet to cotiuous improvemet ecessarily requires the measuremet of the key elemets i the learig eviromet, the wide dissemiatio of the results throughout the istitutio, ad the trackig of progress through time. Excellece i a learig eviromet is attaiable oly if faculty ad studets adhere to the ideals listed above. What follows is a set of specific expectatios for both studets ad faculty that follow directly from those ideals. Studet Resposibilities i Class Academically, each studet is resposible for: 1. Preparig thoroughly for each sessio i accordace with the istructor s requests. 2. Arrivig promptly ad remaiig util the ed of each class meetig, except i uusual circumstaces. 3. Participatig fully ad costructively i all classroom activities ad discussios. 4. Displayig appropriate courtesy to all ivolved i the class sessios. Courteous behavior specifically etails commuicatig i a maer that respects ad is sesitive to the cultural, racial, sexual, ad other idividual differeces i the Chicago Booth commuity. 5. Adherig to deadlies ad timetables established by the istructor or study groups. 6. Providig costructive feedback to faculty members regardig their performace. Studets should be as objective i their commets about istructors as they expect istructors to be i their evaluatios of studets. The same stadards apply to all meetigs ad commuicatio with uiversity ad Chicago Booth staff members. Plagiarism Plagiarism is the practice of takig somebody else s writte work or ideas ad passig it off as origial. I the preparatio of all work, studets should distiguish betwee their ow ideas ad those that have bee derived from other sources. Iformatio ad opiios draw from sources, eve oe s ow writigs or research, are to be attributed specifically to their respective sources. Puishmet for plagiarism may iclude expulsio from the uiversity. Examiatios ad Other Graded Work Graded work is iteded to gauge studet learig. Accordigly, studets should approach exams ad other graded work with three guidig priciples: 1. Faculty set the terms of evaluatio. 2. It is the resposibility of studets to abide by those terms. 3. A studet should ot represet the work of aother as his or her ow. Uless explicitly stated otherwise, commuicatio is ot permitted betwee studets durig a examiatio or o a assigmet. Faculty will idicate whether referece materials ca be accessed ad what tools (such as calculators) may be used. A paper may be submitted for oe course oly. Studets seekig to use the paper of oe course for evaluatio i aother course must get prior approval from the professor. The title page o a paper should idicate the course (or courses) for which it is submitted. Failure to follow these rules will result i discipliary actio. Examiatio Policies Fial exams are to be admiistered ad take durig predetermied fials periods. Studets are expected to be available to write examiatios durig scheduled exam periods. Studets with uavoidable circumstaces, such as illess, grave persoal difficulty, or a death i the family, should cotact the MBA program office, ad a staff member will work with the faculty i 6 Studet Hadbook Regulatios, Policies, ad Procedures

9 appropriate cases to fid a resolutio. Periodically studets face coflicts betwee scheduled exams ad work-related commitmets. For example, a uaticipated busiess trip or the start of a itership or ew job (obtaied after the date whe it costs less to drop a course) ca create a coflict with pre-aouced exam periods. I the evet of a coflict, studets eed to speak directly with their faculty regardig the coflict. The resolutio of this coflict rests solely with the faculty member. Ulawful Harassmet The uiversity is committed to maitaiig a academic eviromet i which its members ca freely work together, both i ad out of the classroom, to further educatio ad research. The uiversity caot thrive uless each member is accepted as a autoomous idividual ad is treated civilly, without regard to his or her sex, or, for that matter, ay other factor irrelevat to participatio i uiversity life. Sexual harassmet icludig sexual assault by ay member of the uiversity commuity is prohibited. Without feelig costraied by specific defiitios, ay perso who believes that his or her educatioal or work experiece is compromised by sexual harassmet or sexual assault should cotact a advisor or director i his or her appropriate program office to discuss the situatio. A studet also may seek assistace from a sexual harassmet complait advisor. A curret list of advisors is available olie at csl.uchicago.edu/get-help/bias-respose-team. Certai types of behavior may be iappropriate. For example, eve though speech is ot illegal, it ca be offesive ad iappropriate. Mediatio will ot be used to resolve complaits of sexual assault. Formal complaits are hadled through the appropriate area s discipliary process. Specific Stadards of Professioalism Alcohol Illiois law prohibits the cosumptio ad possessio of alcohol by persos uder the age of 21, ad the supplyig of alcohol to ay perso uder the age of 21. Illiois law also prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages except by those licesed to sell such beverages. All members of the uiversity commuity should be aware of the requiremets of Illiois law cocerig the cosumptio, possessio, ad sale of alcoholic beverages. The uiversity expects each member of the commuity to be resposible for his or her ow coduct ad for the cosequeces of that coduct. Ay violatio of the uiversity alcohol ad other drug policy by a studet will result i appropriate discipliary proceedigs, as well as possible legal oes. Idividuals plaig campus evets should cosult with the studet group advisors i Studet Life. Alumi May alumi are willig to assist curret studets with iformatioal iterviews, with class projects, ad/or give a overview of the idustry, fuctio, ad/or firm i which they work. 10 Career Services Chicago Booth offers career services to Eveig MBA, Executive MBA, Full-Time MBA, ad Weeked MBA studets ad alumi. To uphold oe s ow reputatio as well as Booth s brad withi the busiess commuity, studets must adhere to the followig policies: 1. Studets must accurately represet themselves ad their experieces i all writte ad oral commuicatios with compaies (i.e., resumes, iterviews, etc.). 2. After acceptig a itership or full-time offer, studets may ot cotiue to iterview ad/ or pursue other opportuities that coflict with the accepted offer. I cases where studets are pursuig a secod itership after acceptig a primary itership offer, studets must be cadid with the firms they are pursuig regardig their commitmet to a primary itership. Studets are also strogly ecouraged to commuicate their itet to complete a secod itership with their primary itership firm. 3. Studets may ot reege o a accepted offer, verbal or writte. 4. Studets must adhere to the Career Services recruitig processes ad procedures (itraet.chicagobooth.edu/secure/full-time/ careers/career-services/egage-with-compaies/ recruitig-policies). 5. Studets are expected to use Career Services resources, icludig GTS ad those i the Career Resource Ceters, appropriately. Resources are to be used for persoal career or academic research oly; they are ot to be used for commercial purpose or to beefit others. Campus Recruitig Eligibility for Full-Time MBA Studets All curret Full-Time MBA studets are eligible to participate i campus recruitig oce for itership positios ad oce for full-time positios. To be eligible to participate i itership recruitig, studets must be plaig to graduate i the Autum, Witer, Sprig, or Summer Quarter of the ext academic year. Participatio i recruitig for full-time positios may oly take place withi the 12-moth period immediately precedig a studet s expected graduatio. If a studet wishes to diverge from this sequece, a detailed request must be made, i writig or , to the associate dea of Career Services. If a studet s academic program leds itself to participatio i itership recruitig twice, that request must be made, i writig or , to the associate dea of Career Services. Studets who are ot erolled i ay Chicago Booth courses are ot eligible to participate i campus recruitig. Appeals for exceptios to this policy must be made, i writig or , to the associate dea of Career Services. Most ofte, appeals are grated for studets i joit degree programs with Chicago Booth but who are ot takig courses at Chicago Booth at the time they wish to participate i campus recruitig. Studets are expected to be familiar with these policies. Campus Recruitig Eligibility for Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA Studets Eligible Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets may participate i campus recruitig for full-time positios oce durig their teure as a studet. Campus recruitig takes place the Autum Quarter of each year. Participatio icludes attedig corporate recruitig evets ad beig ivited by compaies to iterview for full-time, etry-level (MBA/Associate) positios o-campus. Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets are ot eligible to bid for iterviews i campus recruitig for full-time positios, or ca they participate i campus recruitig for iterships. Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets must meet all eligibility requiremets ad abide by Career Services Campus Recruitig Policies ad Procedures available at itraet.chicagobooth.edu/secure/evewkd/careers/ campus-recruitig/eligibility-for-participatio. 11 For Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets to be eligible for campus recruitig, they must: 1. Be seekig full-time employmet. 2. By the ed of the Summer Quarter i the year they are plaig to participate i campus recruitig, have successfully completed at least 12 courses that meet Chicago Booth s degree requiremets (Take Three courses cout towards eligibility. The LEAD course does ot cout towards eligibility). 3. Be erolled i ad complete at least oe Chicago Booth course for credit durig the Autum Quarter they are participatig i campus recruitig ad have ot graduated from Chicago Booth. 4. Submit employmet status ad employer fiacial support iformatio via the Campus Recruitig Iterest ad/or Participat Survey. a. Submit a employer letter to Career Services if they have idicated i the Campus Recruitig Iterest/Participat Survey that they have accepted fudig from their curret employer towards their MBA i excess of $8,000 i ay caledar year as a Booth studet. b. Update Career Services if their employmet status ad/or fiacial support from their curret employer chages after submittig the Campus Recruitig Iterest/Participatio Survey. 5. Have ot previously participated i campus recruitig. Participatio i campus recruitig is oly allowed oce. 6. Have participated i all madatory campus recruitig traiig sessios ad have completed a campus recruitig specific resume review with a Career Coach. Iformatio Techology Chicago Booth provides a variety of free ad discouted Iformatio Techology (IT) resources for studets. Studets are expected to kow ad comply with Booth s ad the uiversity s IT policies, icludig but ot limited to: 1. Studet Maual of Uiversity Policies ad Regulatios (studetmaual.sites.uchicago.edu/etworkig) 3. File Sharig Policy (itservices.uchicago.edu/ policies/file-sharig-policy) Disruptio of IT resources through deliberate huma actio whether it affects the operatio of computig systems or telecommuicatios, the security of electroically stored iformatio, or the itegrity of such iformatio is a serious academic offese ad may be subject to discipliary actio withi the uiversity as well as to civil ad/or crimial actio. Iteractios with Faculty ad Staff All commuicatios with faculty ad staff should be coducted i a professioal maer. Discussio i class, i study groups, ad i meetigs with program advisors should relate directly to topics pertaiig to the academic course or professioal matters at had. 12 Disciplie Chicago Booth Hoor Code The studets, faculty, ad deas of the Uiversity of Chicago Booth School of Busiess regard hoesty ad itegrity as qualities essetial to a successful career. The purpose of the studet-iitiated Chicago Booth Hoor Code is to promote these qualities. The Chicago Booth Hoor Code requires that each studet act with itegrity i all Chicago Booth activities ad that each studet hold his/her peers to the same stadard. Upo admissio, each studet makes a agreemet with fellow studets ad the Chicago Booth commuity to abide by the Chicago Booth Hoor Code. Studets who violate the Chicago Booth Hoor Code reege o this agreemet ad must accept the sactios imposed by the Chicago Booth commuity, which may iclude official Chicago Booth discipliary actio. 1. Each member of the Chicago Booth commuity, as a perso of itegrity, has a persoal obligatio to the Chicago Booth Hoor Code ad the Stadards of Scholarship ad Professioalism to report kow violatios to the appropriate program office. 2. No studet shall misrepreset him/herself, his/ her experiece, or his/her academic record durig the admissios process. All offers of admissio are cotiget upo the applicat s sigature o the applicatio documet agreeig to adhere to the Chicago Booth Hoor Code. 3. No studet shall represet aother s work as his or her ow. No perso shall receive disallowed assistace of ay sort, or provide disallowed assistace to aother studet, at ay time before, durig, or after a examiatio or with respect to other graded work for a course. 4. Each studet shall sig the followig pledge o each exam: I pledge my hoor that I have ot violated the Chicago Booth Hoor Code durig this examiatio. At the discretio of the professor, this pledge may be required o ay other graded work for a course. 5. Each professor, i the course syllabus, shall state that studets are required to adhere to the stadards of coduct i the Chicago Booth Hoor Code ad the Stadards of Scholarship ad Professioalism, ad state ay additioal stadards of coduct for the course. 6. The priciples embodied i the Chicago Booth Hoor Code apply to every part of the Chicago Booth commuity. 7. Violatios of the Chicago Booth Hoor Code that relate to academic issues will be hadled accordig to the uiversity ad Chicago Booth discipliary procedures (see below). 8. Noacademic violatios of admiistrative policies (i.e., the admiistrative policies of Career Services or Iformatio Techology) will be hadled procedurally i the forum (Admissios, Career Services, Full-Time MBA Program Dea of Studets, etc.) i which the violatio occurred, but may be referred to a discipliary committee for further actio. Decisios related to oacademic violatios of the Chicago Booth Hoor Code or the Stadards of Scholarship ad Professioalism may be appealed to the deputy dea of the studet s program. 9. 13 Uiversity Discipliary Procedures The Statutes of the uiversity prohibit coduct of members of the uiversity disruptive of the operatios of the uiversity icludig iterferece with istructio, research, admiistrative operatios, freedom of associatio, ad meetigs as protected by uiversity regulatios. The itet of studet discipliary procedures is to esure a fair ad orderly process o questios of possible studet miscoduct. A discipliary iquiry ejoys either the advatages or the limitatios iheret i a adversarial proceedig of a court of law. A studet may be held accoutable for his or her miscoduct to exteral civil, crimial, ad admiistrative processes as well as to the uiversity. The uiversity s discipliary system ormally will proceed regardless of those exteral processes. A discipliary committee is ot boud by exteral fidigs, adjudicatios, or processes. Coduct ivolvig possible violatio of uiversity policies ad regulatios ad other breaches of stadards of behavior expected of uiversity studets should be brought promptly to the attetio of the dea of studets of the academic area of the accused studet. Such violatios ad breaches of stadards iclude, but are ot limited, to: plagiarism, cheatig o examiatios, falsificatios of documets or records, theft, vadalism, violatio of computig policies, violatio of the alcohol ad other drug policy, physical or verbal abuse that threates or edagers the health or safety of others, violatio of a admiistrative departmet s regulatios, failure to comply with directives of uiversity officials (icludig the Uiversity Police), ad violatio of the terms of imposed discipliary sactios. Coduct ivolvig violatio of the Policy o Harassmet, Discrimiatio, ad Sexual Miscoduct is addressed by the uiversity-wide discipliary system. Reports should be brought promptly to the attetio of the associate dea of studets i the uiversity for discipliary affairs i Campus ad Studet Life for ivestigatio ad possible discipliary actio. The associate dea of studets i the uiversity for discipliary affairs may ope a ivestigatio based o reports from third parties of arrests, citatios, or other coduct from exteral parties. The uiversitywide discipliary system is described i the Studet Maual of Policies ad Regulatios at studetmaual. uchicago.edu/uiversity_dicip_system. Chicago Booth follows the uiversity discipliary procedures except as modified below. Chicago Booth Discipliary Procedures Ay allegatio agaist a studet that is ot a matter of harassmet, discrimiatio, or sexual miscoduct, whether brought by a faculty member, a member of the admiistratio, a studet, or other complaiat, must be detailed i writig or to the associate dea of the respective MBA program. The studet accused of the possible miscoduct is cotacted by the associate dea ad iformed of the accusatios ad relevat details. The studet is asked to prepare a writte respose to the accusatio. The associate dea will preset the writte respose ad additioal iformatio/evidece to the academic dea (or his or her desigee). The academic dea (or his or her desigee), i cosultatio with the associate dea, has the authority to dismiss the complait, iformally resolve it, or recommed that the matter be brought to a discipliary committee. If a committee is to be coveed, the academic dea (or his or her desigee) will appoit two teured faculty members ad oe or two studets to the committee ad will serve as chairperso i a ovotig capacity. I the evet of a tie, the chairperso fuctios as a tiebreaker. The associate dea acts as a liaiso to the studet ad assembles ay required documetatio for the committee. No member of the committee may egage i idepedet ivestigatios or have cotact with ay of the parties outside of the scheduled meetigs. I the evet that distace precludes a studet from appearig i perso before a discipliary committee, Chicago Booth will make the appropriate techical arragemets/accommodatios for remote access. 15 MBA ad IMBA Degrees MBA ad IMBA: Legth of Study All MBA ad IMBA studets have five caledar years (20 quarters) to complete the degree requiremets. Full-Time MBA studets typically complete the degree requiremets i six quarters. Most Eveig ad Weeked MBA studets complete the degree i 2.5 to 3 years. Studets ca complete the program i more or less time, but should be aware that there may be academic ad fiacial implicatios of pursuig a accelerated or decelerated program of study. Studets are expected to atted all scheduled classes begiig Week 1 of the quarter through scheduled fial exams. Implicit i the IMBA degree is expertise i iteratioal busiess. Recogitio of a iteratioal busiess cocetratio would be redudat; therefore, o IMBA studet may ear a iteratioal busiess cocetratio. 6. Oe quarter of full-term study abroad through the Chicago Booth Iteratioal Busiess Exchage Program (IBEP). 16 7. Declared IMBA studets are eligible to study abroad as soo as they have successfully completed a miimum of 700 uits of credit ad completed the laguage assessmet exam. This is limited to parter schools with spots available oly. 8. Advaced proficiecy of at least oe foreig laguage demostrated by achievig a Advaced Low ratig o the ACTFL exam o later tha Friday, Week 4, of the quarter of graduatio. 9. A cumulative grade poit average of at least C+ (2.33) i all courses couted toward the IMBA degree. 10. Studets uable to fulfill the IMBA degree requiremets must petitio i writig or to the associate director of Iteratioal Programs to withdraw from IMBA status by Friday, Week 1, of the graduatig quarter i order to graduate with the MBA degree. Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets iterested i pursuig the IMBA degree must first meet with staff i the Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA Program Office to declare the IMBA degree. Studets must the meet with staff i Iteratioal Programs to discuss completio of the requiremets. Cocetratios I completig degree requiremets, studets may elect to ear cocetratios i certai subject areas. Cocetratio requiremets are outlied o the studet itraet via the Course-Related Iformatio quick lik. To ear a cocetratio, studets must: 1. Complete for a grade of D or better i each required course of the cocetratio sequece; ad 2. Obtai a miimum, cumulative GPA of 2.33 withi that course sequece. All eared cocetratios post to studet trascripts by Week 6 of the quarter followig graduatio. Cocetratios are listed i the order raked by the graduate ad iclude cocetratio ame oly, ot the cumulative GPA for the course sequece. If a studet iteds to take courses that differ from the approved sequece listed o the studet itraet via the Course-Related Iformatio quick lik, a petitio for a chage i a cocetratio sequece must be submitted to the program office. The studet may be i a better positio to recover from or maage his or her symptoms at home or i a less stressful eviromet. They may also beefit from specialized couselig or treatmet away from the uiversity. The studet will be give the opportuity to take a leave of absece volutarily. If the studet declies to take a volutary leave of absece, the associate dea has the authority to restrict or cacel existig ad further registratio of the studet. Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA studets who do ot eroll i courses for more tha oe quarter ad do ot otify the programs office will be put o admiistrative leave of absece idefiitely. Military Persoel Leave of Absece Military persoel are subject to specific cosideratios whe requestig leave for active duty. 1. Studets should preset official documetatio of their status as Armed Forces active persoel or reservist to Academic Services i the Full-Time MBA Program Office or the Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA Programs Office. 2. 19 3. Studets called to duty before Week 5 of the quarter will be allowed to drop their courses without tuitio pealty. 4. Studets should review the sectio o Iactive Status ad the followig policies ad guidelies to uderstad the implicatios of a leave of absece: 1. Biddig for Classes: Studets should ot bid for classes for the quarter(s) they will be o leave. Studets who have bid for classes for the upcomig quarter should immediately drop all classes i the ext phase of biddig. Tuitio pealties are icurred for droppig a course after the fial phase of biddig. By droppig courses accordig to Phases 1 4, studets receive poits back. There is o refud of bid poits for droppig courses after Phase 4. Access to ibid is restricted durig the leave quarter(s). 2. Tuitio: Studets are ot charged tuitio or fees while o a leave of absece, uless a previous balace remais upaid ad icurs additioal late paymet fees. 3. Fiacial Aid: Studets who receive fiacial aid ad/or loas must iform Chicago Booth Fiacial Aid of their itetio to take a leave of absece. The followig are specific cosideratios for studets i the Full-Time MBA Program: 1. Studet Health Isurace: Studets do ot maitai health isurace coverage while o a leave of absece. The oly exceptio is for studets takig a approved medical leave of absece. I those istaces, they may elect to maitai ad pay for isurace coverage for the duratio of the curret pla year (through August 31). I electig a cotiuatio of isurace coverage, studets are assessed the quarterly uiversity health services fee, uless they will be residig more tha 100 miles from campus. Health Services ad Activities Fees: Uless o a approved medical leave of absece, studets do ot pay these fees while o leaves of absece. Resumptio of Studies after a Leave of Absece Studets should cotact the program office at least eight weeks prior to their expected retur i order to esure they have the maximum amout of time to bid for courses. Resumptio of studies to a studet s program is ot automatic. A studet with a good record ad a good reaso for the exteded absece is usually permitted to resume, subject to the time limit for completio of the degree. Full-Time MBA studets expectig to resume studies should cotact Academic Services eight weeks prior to the start of the quarter ad request a Resumptio of Study form. Withdrawal from the MBA or IMBA Program Studets wishig to withdraw from the MBA or the IMBA Programs must submit i writig or their itetio to leave the degree program to the director of the program office. The program office reserves the right to admiistratively withdraw a studet from the program if a studet has bee marked iactive ad it has bee determied that he/she ca o loger complete the program withi the time limit for the completio of the degree. Studets who are admiistratively withdraw from the program are otified via set to the last curret address i the quarter prior to the quarter i which the withdrawal will take effect. Oce withdraw from the program, studets may oly retur after reapplyig ad gaiig admissio to the Eveig MBA, Full- Time MBA, or Weeked MBA Programs. If admitted, studets may cout previously take courses followig these coditios: 1. A studet must preset all requests related to trasfer of Uiversity of Chicago courses i writig or to a academic advisor i Academic Services for the Full-Time MBA Program or to a academic advisor of the Eveig MBA ad Weeked MBA Programs by the ed of the quarter that the studet matriculates at Chicago Booth. 2. The maximum umber of course credits accepted to trasfer is 300 uits. No exceptios to the umber of courses permitted for trasfer will be made. 3. Trasfer courses are applicable toward the MBA or IMBA degree if the studet satisfies the degree requiremets for the MBA or IMBA withi five years. The five-year degree completio deadlie begis with the quarter/year of the first course approved for trasfer. Courses are coditioally approved for trasfer util a applicatio for graduatio is submitted. 4. Neither Chicago Booth courses or Uiversity of Chicago courses are approved for trasfer toward the MBA or IMBA if: a. they have bee or will be couted toward other uiversity degrees, or b. the coursework was graded pass/fail, R, or ay grade lower tha C. 5. Studets will receive 2,000 bid poits per approved course.
