The Group will also provide wholesale of additional products that may or not be on display. The Group will develop a state of the art e-commerce site and will provide logistics services for Chinese companies. Advantages to Shop Owners The Shop Owner will acquire a Shop in a well known retail chain with the largest market share in Greece and Bulgaria.

20 Each Shop Owner will receive full residence in Greece according to the Greek Law. The Shop Owner will have a ready- made market tested business concept to acquire and excel. The Group will provide the G & A, Tax, Legal, Accounting and Security services. The shop owner will be able to use the E-Commerce site to sell products on-line also. The shop owner expects an annual Return on Investment (ROI) of 30-40% on his investment. Advantages to Manufacturers The manufacturer may select individuals from his providence and send them over to Greece to acquire the Shops as discussed in the previous slide, or he may sign agreements with individuals who are prepared to come over to Greece and acquire the shops. Today the manufacturer sells on OEM basis and he does not control the end price and customer. Through the Group model the manufacturer can sell directly to the customer and thus control the end price and quality. The manufacturer today sells at 7-15% profit. For example he sells to clients like Group a garment at 10 when his cost is 8. Through the proposed Group model the manufacturer will sell the same garment at thus his profit minus the costs will increase from 2 to at least 10 (500%). The manufacturers will be able to create substantially higher profits. The manufacturer will create market intelligence through the everyday contact with the end customer. The manufacturer will be able to continue his expansion in the rest of the markets and develop substantial sales and corporate growth.
