Venus has quarries and factories in Greece, Bulgaria and China, with distribution facilities in the United States and order desks in Italy and Japan. Facilities: The Venus group employs over 500 people operating 6 quarries covering a total area of 40 million sf (square feet). Supporting the quarries, Venus operates three factories with a total covered area of 300,000 sf along with several distribution centers with coverage of over 200,000 sf. These facilities give the group a capacity of processing over 5,000 m 3 of raw material and 2,000,000 sf of final product per month. Distributors and Standard Projects: Venus currently produces a variety of products, including cut to size materials per project requirements, architectural pieces, prefabricated counters and tiles of any size and shape. As a result of Venus involvement in hundreds of projects throughout the world, our customers benefit from our competitive pricing, our vast experience our knowledge of the local requirements and our commitment to customer service. Special/Architectural Projects: Utilizing the most current technology available, Venus has the know-how and machinery to produce architectural products of any nature as columns, capitols, dentals, rails, sculptures, bathtubs, fountains and fireplaces. Our experience includes restoration work at many of the archeological sites throughout Greece, including making three capitols for the Parthenon. We have taken this experience and use it daily for architectural stone work in residential and commercial projects all over the world. Main Project Work: With the size, strength and organizational structure of our Group, Venus undertakes high profile and demanding projects in the United States like the Venetian and Palms Hotels in Las Vegas, the Clarksville Tennessee Courthouse and other huge residential developments. We have the unique experience and ability to provide for all architectural design, fabrication and installation of projects requiring the highest standard, quick delivery and competitive pricing. Our Principal Activities: Distributing tiles (12x12, 18x18, 24x24) and slabs Providing hotels with tiles and prefabricated vanities Providing hotels and commercial buildings with exterior cladding and carvings Supplying General Contractors with stone for office buildings and other cut to size projects Servicing home builders with a complete stone program Consulting with home builders for architectural work and special cuts Medimer Marble & Granite To better service the Northern California market, Medimer is located in Sacramento and has a full range of products including Granite, Marble, Limestone and Travertine always in stock at factory direct prices. Olympia Stone Olympia is our new factory in China which is a milestone in the stone industry. It is the first 100% foreign owned European-US stone company in China. It is equipped with ultramodern Italian equipment from Breton including 2 polishing lines and automated vacuum reinforcement line and it has 8 BM gang saws. It produces the highest quality products for the US and international markets including the new square cut, vacuum reinforced slab line.

4 A R C H I T E C T U R A L D E P A R T M E N T Our Architectural department uses 3D scanning technology and 5-axis CNC processing equipment to do restoration work in most of the archeological site in Greece including the Parthenon, Propylaea of the Acropolis, ancient theater of Epidaurus, Hadrian s Library, Asklepieion of the Acropolis, Theatre of Dionysos, Odeion of Herodes Atticus, temple of Apollo and in the US like the Clarksville, Tennessee courthouse.
