This column is only relevant for the European nations, as only they can achieve European points. Table 4 in the main report contains a top-21 list of European nations. The fifth column shows the nations total number of points per. 1 million inhabitants, which like previous column alone is relevant for the European nations. The sixth column gives nations international points per. 1 million inhabitants. Here are all European, but only the 20 most powerful non-european nations included.
