2 จากผลการทดสอบด งกล าว จ งม ความจาเป นอย างย ง ในการเร งดาเน นการช วยเหล อและพ ฒนาให สถานศ กษาได จ ดการเร ยนการสอนได อย างม ประส ทธ ภาพตรงตามสภาพป ญหาของสถานศ กษาและผ เร ยน โดยใช กระบวนการว จ ยการบร หารและการจ ดการเร ยนร เพ อพ ฒนาค ณภาพการศ กษา เป นเคร องม อในการ ข บเคล อนยกระด บค ณภาพการศ กษา เป นกล มโรงเร ยนท จ ดต งข นเพ อสร างเคร อข ายความร วมม อในการจ ดการศ กษา ส งก ดสาน กงานเขตพ นท การศ กษาม ธยมศ กษาเขต 25 ซ งการยกระด บค ณภาพการม ธยมศ กษา เป นภารก จสาค ญ ด งน น จ งได ดาเน นการต อเน องจากป การศ กษา 2555 และจ ดทาโครงการยกระด บผลส มฤทธ (O-NET) ป การศ กษา 2556 ข น 2. ว ตถ ประสงค 1. เพ อยกระด บผลส มฤทธ ทางการเร ยนของน กเร ยนระด บช นม ธยมศ กษาป ท 3 และช นม ธยมศ กษาป ท 6 โรงเร ยนใน ส งก ดสาน กงานเขตพ นท การศ กษาม ธยมศ กษา เขต 25 จากการทดสอบระด บชาต ข นพ นฐาน (O-NET) จานวน 8 กล มสาระการเร ยนร 2. เพ อเตร ยมความพร อมของน กเร ยนในการทดสอบท เน นท กษะการค ดว เคราะห ข นส ง และให ค นช นก บ ร ปแบบของการทดสอบ ตลอดจนสร างความเข าใจให น กเร ยนตระหน กถ งความสาค ญ ประโยชน ในการทดสอบ 3. เพ อส งเสร มและพ ฒนากระบวนการว ดและประเม นผลเป นกลไกในการยกระด บผลส มฤทธ ของผ เร ยน 3. เป าหมาย 1. น กเร ยนช นม ธยมศ กษาป ท 3 และน กเร ยนช นม ธยมศ กษาป ท 6 ท กคน ท กโรงเร ยน จานวน 11 โรงเร ยน ม ผลส มฤทธ ทางการเร ยนจากการทดสอบระด บชาต (O-NET) ใน 8 กล มสาระการเร ยนร และผลส มฤทธ ทางการเร ยนว ชาหล ก จากการประเม นระด บชาต เพ มข นร อยละ 3 2. ม แบบทดสอบ Pre o-net จานวน 8 กล มสาระการเร ยนร ท เน นท กษะการค ดว เคราะห ข นส ง 3. คร ใน จานวน 280 คน ได ร บการอบรม จานวน 2 ร น ร นละ 2 ว น เพ อพ ฒนา กระบวนการว ดและประเม นผลเป นกลไกในการยกระด บผลส มฤทธ ทางการเร ยนของผ น กเร ยน
