His expertise is grounded in more than 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, during which time he has been involved in the sale or fi nancing of over $500 million of retail properties. He has also negotiated hundreds of commercial leases. Throughout his career, Ed s commercial real estate clients have included many of the country s best known retailers and organizations. He is currently Co-Chair of the Investment Sales Council for the Retail Brokers Network. The Investment Sales Council is a group of retail brokers that stretches across the country specializing in the sale of retail investment properties throughout the United States and Canada. EDWARD GINN DIRECT Ed served as President of the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) from 2005 to 2007 and continues to play an active role in the national organization. During his tenure as President, the RBN s member offi ces grew from 22 to 36 nationwide; it now has 60 offi ces working together to develop retail real estate business for brokers, owners, and retailers. Ed earned his B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph s University in Philadelphia, PA. 3 STUART CONSTON Agent x 105 sconston@equityretailbrokers.com Stuart shares more than two decades of retail real estate experience with clients and colleagues at Equity Retail Brokers. He specializes in Investment Sales with a focus on net lease investments and shopping centers, in addition to corporate dispositions. Stuart has represented local, regional and national retailers and property owners, from individual families to national corporations, as well as one of the largest corporate special servicers in the United States managing distressed and non-performing loans and real estate owned (REO). Stuart has negotiated numerous acquisition, sale and lease transactions for retail space in anchor department stores, regional malls, power/strip shopping centers, street retail and freestanding properties, as well as land acquisition. A sampling of his clients has included: CW Capital, SuperValu, Costco, La-Z-Boy, Ethan Allen, Burlington Coat Factory, Hancock Fabrics, Avenue, Footaction, PayHalf, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. STUART CONSTON DIRECT Prior to joining Equity Retail Brokers, Stuart provided real estate consulting services for national and local retailers. He was previously Senior Vice President of Real Estate and a member of the Board of Directors of Conston Corp. At Conston Corp, Stuart was responsible for the addition of over 200 new stores in aggregate excess of 750,000 sq ft. for the 16 PLUS and CHARLES women s apparel stores, encompassing more than 60 new markets in over 20 states. Conston Corp., previously a $190 million publicly-held women s apparel retailer, operated more than 300 stores in 28 states. Stuart is a graduate of Northwestern University. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his M.B.A. from the Temple University Fox School of Business. Stuart is a member of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 4 BART DELFINER x 117 bdelfi ner@equityretailbrokers.com Bart brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Equity Retail Brokers. Since joining the fi rm in 1999, he has completed numerous acquisition, sale, lease and tenant representation transactions for retailers and property owners at the local, regional and national levels. Bart is a principal of the company and currently leads the Investment Sales Division where he focuses on net lease investments as well as neighborhood and community shopping centers. His robust market knowledge and strong fi nancial background are invaluable to the many clients he represents. A sample of the national retail companies he has completed transactions with include Wells Fargo, PNC Bank, Dollar General, La-Z-Boy Furniture, Advance Auto Parts, Walgreens, Kindercare and Applebees. In addition, Bart continues works with several well-known Philadelphia area developers as well as many publicly-traded REITS.
