SUMITOMO BANK AND TRUST & FIDUCIARY TRUST & MASS MUTUAL/AMERITAS FINANCIAL CORPORATION SENIOR PENSION PLAN MANAGER Multiple Organizations Listed Managed the Western Airlines Pilots Pension Plan--$700 million. I terminated and distributed this plan for over 1200 Pilots and set them up with individual secured rollover plans. SEI CORPORATION & UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA WHARTON SCHOOL (AS PARTNERS) San Francisco, California & Pennsylvania VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING SUTRO CAPITAL GROUP San Francisco/Los Angeles, California Created and developed a philanthropic division for this organization and produced assets totaling over $90 million in trust and asset management business. Exceed the goals set for 3 years at $50 million. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT / REHABILITATION SPECIALIST U.S. BANKRUPTCY COURT CREDITORS COMMITTEE LOS ANGELES FEDERAL COURT I fully rehabilitated over 25 organizations including staff and cost reductions, sales increases, creditor claim resolution, bank negotiations and Union negotiations. 22 organizations reorganized out of Chapter 11 based on my leadership. Two organizations were merged to a larger company and one liquidated and paid 100% of claims. My work was well liked and the goals were exceeded in all cases.

The clients were corporations and high net worth individuals with varied short and long term goals. Managed the activity of 17 Regional Vice Presidents throughout the United States to meet exceed the $500 million goal by 20% in two years. Newport Beach/New York As part of a three man team, I provided staff management for the Goodbody Merger into Merrill Lynch and the Lionel Edie Merger into Merrill Lynch, the first broker to add asset management skills to their line of products. I developed over 200 asset management clients for Newport Beach Office in 3 years. SALES REPRESENTATIVE REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER XEROX CORPORATION Los Angeles/Fort Lauderdale, Florida As part of a three-man team, I helped create a professional selling skills program called Professional Selling Skills (PSS), this program became a world class sales training program for Xerox serving many Fortune 500 companies and training over 3500 participants in four years. I always produced over budget goals of % in all product sales.
