3 OUR BACKGROUND 01 Established in 1994, Event Concept is a leading London based event agency specialising in design and production Providing the full spectrum of event services, we transform venues into inspiring event spaces, irrespective of size, scale and time constraints. Working directly with some of the world s best known consumer brands and corporate companies along with a variety of PR, Advertising, Marketing, Event Management and Experiential agencies, we are one of only a select few full-service production agencies in the UK that boast the in-house equipment and infrastructure to offer Lighting, Audio, Video, Set & Staging, Floral Design & Styling and Furniture directly to clients without the need to outsource. These internal departments work together from our 33,000 square foot warehouse to cover each element, ensuring clients benefit from a streamlined planning process and competitive costs to produce their event.
4 OUR TEAM 02 Event Concept s highly skilled team of over 60 full-time Producers, Production Designers, Project Managers, Operational and support staff work closely and cohesively to execute every event just as our clients envisage. Working alongside the industry s best caterers and suppliers to provide a complete event service, our clients trust us to ensure their events run smoothly and seamlessly, from the planning process right through to delivery. 7 LIGHTING 4.1 Originating as a specialist event lighting company almost 20 years ago, we continue to remain at the forefront of lighting innovation within the events industry. Our team of highly-skilled lighting designers combine creativity with advanced technical ability to subtly complement or completely transform any space.
8 AUDIO 4.2 Our audio technicians understand the acoustic complexities of different spaces and consistently design comprehensive systems in order to provide high-end audio solutions for a variety of challenging live environments.
9 VIDEO 4.3 We provide video services ranging from content design to creative projection. Our in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies allows us to interpret your ideas and deliver visually innovative display solutions.
10 SET & STAGING 4.4 Whether it s a unique design or a practical purpose, we design and build sets and stages of any size and to suit any need. From bespoke product displays and custom made bars, to runways and large projection surrounds, everything is built and constructed on-site in our workshops by a team of carpenters, set builders and scenic artists.
11 FLORAL DESIGN & STYLING 4.5 With a reputation for creative flair and exceptional floral design, our sister company, Veevers Carter, ensure that floral elements add a new dimension to your event. From stunning table centrepieces to arches and flower walls, our team can design a floral or styling element certain to add wow factor to your event.
12 FURNITURE HIRE 4.6 From rectangular and circular bars, DJ desks, poseur tables and console tables, to stools, armchairs, sofas, ottomans, parasols, plinths and much more, we own a large range of furniture suitable for a variety of event needs. If we don t stock an item you re after, we also work closely with a number of leading event furniture hire companies to secure competitive rates and provide any style of furniture to fit your brief.
