California Steel Industries Pipe Mill Process Line, Fontana, California This new 1/2 mile-long equipment process line and infrastructure produces 26" diameter, 3/4" wall thickness steel pipe. The project included mass demolition, concrete work (including expansive pits and foundations), equipment rigging/millwright, and mechanical piping. Shift work and multiple crews were required to successfully meet the client's deadline. Nongshim USA, Rancho Cucamonga, California Ledcor performed complete design-build services and process installation for the new 300,000 sq. ft. soup and noodle manufacturing facility. Concurrently, we also expanded the building, adding an additional 75,000 sq. ft. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

The additions were designed as pre-engineered metal buildings. Along with the construction of these two new additions, our scope of work included sitework, installation of procurement storehouse storage racks, interior demolition of the existing warehouse, installation of motorized gates, and interior improvements throughout.

Nickel & Nickel Winery, Napa, California The new fermentation building features a timber-framed cupola and custom old word barn doors and one-of-a-kind hardware. It houses 25 tanks (closed and open-top) with modern controls. Custom timber framing sits atop a perimeter stem wall, with exterior rough-sawn cedar sididng. Mending Wall Winery, St. Helena, California A complete design-build project, the new winery facility is divided into three separate functions: fermentation, barrel storage, and hospitality. Its exterior profile is low-lying, blending into the surrounding vineyards. The interior, however, incorporates the latest wine production technology and is designed for an annual capacity of 50,000 gallons.
