3 Overview A : is a shovel-ready alternative to an existing facility or speculative new construction has a specific site that is cleared, graded and drains to a stormwater management pond has civil, environmental, geotechnical, endangered species and archeological studies that are complete has infrastructure (water, sewer, electrical, natural gas & fiber optic cable) available to the site has a building size that can be altered to meet specific customer requirements

16 Building Schedule New River Valley Virtual Building Design and Construction Schedule: Complete build out of Phase I initial 370,000 sq. ft. can be completed in 190 days. Upfit design for office and manufacturing/warehouse areas can be completed concurrently with the fine grading and initial construction process. Building materials can be ordered on the same day a client makes the decision to locate in the New River Valley.
