LEGOLAND Discovery Centre, Vaughan, Ontario The LEGOLAND Discovery Centre the first of its kind in Canada was a 32,000 sq. ft. renovation/tenant fit-up. It offers play areas designed for families, LEGO rides, special party rooms, classes from a LEGO master model builder, a 4D cinema, a Greater Toronto Area Miniland created entirely out of LEGO, interactive games, a café and retail space. Cineplex Odeon Westshore, Langford, British Columbia With the foundations of Vancouver Island's flagship AVX theatre being built during a rainy winter, Ledcor replaced the tilt-up pre-cast concrete wall panels with factory-built ones. Construction quality was maintained and the theatre opened in time for a blockbuster movie premiere.

The 7,500 sq. ft. restaurant integrates retail space featuring Morimoto kitchen and lifestyle products. The avant-garde designer restaurant includes a sushi bar with a walnut live edge top, reclaimed timber features and 100-year old grapevines behind the bar. Oliver & Bonacini Restaurant, Waterloo, Ontario This brand new high-end restaurant included the build-out of ground and mezzanine levels. The kitchen on display throughout the dining area required attention to detail during installation. Exposed concrete floors were meticulously restored to a rustic finish, matching the level of adjoining surfaces and serving as a design feature.

H2O Plus, Various locations, Canada and USA Ledcor has constructed new stores and renovated existing ones for H20 Plus across North America. Each store incorporated a consistent themed design that included backlit glass shelves, polished concrete floors and counters, and a water wall feature behind the cash desk. Holt Renfrew, Vancouver, British Columbia Completed in nine months and including extensive interior and exterior improvements, Holt Renfrew's goal was to provide a high-end retail product with an extremely accelerated construction schedule. Ledcor was involved from the conceptual design stage, efficiently providing construction solutions to meet demanding schedule requirements.
