1 Product Family: Product: Fibre: LANscape Hardware Solutions FCS-FCT-FCP Housings and Connector Panels InfiniCor SX+ OM3, InfiniCor 600 OM2, InfiniCor 300 OM1, SMF 28e OS1/OS2 Applications Corning Cable Systems Fibre-Connecting-System provides compact and modular interconnect or crossconnect capabilities between the outside plant, riser, or distribution cables, and the opto-electronics. Description The LANscape 19 FCS and FCT patch panels are a compact Fibre-Connecting-System available in one- and two-rack space. Both housings provide fibre optic cable cross-connect facilities with termination on the most common connector styles in computer equipment rooms and remote terminal equipment locations. The FCS and FCT patch panels are available as basic unit (connector panel to be ordered separate) as well as partially loaded (include adapters). The modular construction of the patch panels allows the fitting and conversion to different connector styles by means of replaceable front panels (FCP) without need of replacing the housing. Featuring specially designed integrated strain relief brackets, these patch panels are particularly suitable for field termination on loose tube cables (i.e. requiring the use of fan-out tubings), Additionally, Plug and Play trunks can be mounted to this strain relief bracket using the same unique mounting shape as the buffer tube fanout kit. The housings are fitted with a universal cable management for easy cable routing. By means of additional splice accessories (to be purchased separately) the FCS and FCT units can be used for direct splicing onto pigtails. Fiber Connector Shelf, FCS-02U FCS-Unit (Fibre Connector Shelf) The FCS patch panel features a slideable drawer with an easy replaceable front panel fitting the most common adapter styles. The housing is receded and can be upgraded by adding a patchcable tray with documentation label on the front side. FCT-Unit (Fibre Connector Tray) By means of easily removable cover and front panel, the fixed FCT patch panel is made accessible for optimum installation conditions. The housing can be mounted recessed at different depths by means of stepwise adjustable brackets and can be upgraded by adding a patchcable tray with documentation label on the front side. The FCT housing can also be fitted with an external cable strain relief to be purchased as separate accessory. Fiber Connector Tray, FCT-01U

2 Fibre Connector Panels (FCP) The LANscape Fibre Connector Panels (FCP) can be used in combination with all LANscape FCS and FCT units. One panel occupies 1 rack unit space (1U) and is available fitted with all most common adapter styles. To provide maximum flexibility, the FCP for each connector style are available in 12-, 24-, 48- and 72- fibers capacity, where the 48-fibres version is available only with SC-Duplex, LC-Duplex and MT-RJ adapters and the 72- fibre version is only available with MT-RJ adapters.
