All the programmes are free if you are 16 to 18, and was 16 years old by 31st August If you are aged over 19 years and would like to apply for any of the courses advertised in this programme please feel free to contact us. Money and Help Bursaries If you are aged between 16 and 19 years and think you may struggle with the costs for full-time training you may receive a bursary of up to 1,200 each academic year. Speak to staff to find out more. Post 16 Transport Northumberland County Council operates a free student travel scheme to help students aged 16 to 19 access further education. An eligibility criteria is set out in the application form. There's more to life at Northumberland Adult Learning Service than just getting your qualification. Our Enrichment Programme offers a huge range of activities, some of which enable students to gain useful qualifications or improve learning, others allow expression of creative talent.
