Constant Connect by Cenero is a suite of managed services that identifies and resolves problems before meetings even start. The suite includes Proactive Services, Reactive Services and RoomCheck - all available separately or as a combined solution. All services include an Analytics Portal, an online dashboard of detailed information on system performance, room usage, inventory mangagement and service calls to help you make more informed business decisions. Our AV Staffing solution manages all aspects of acquiring, hiring and training technical experts to support complex conferencing technology.
3 Proactive System and Network Monitoring: Real time facility-wide monitoring of all AV systems and networks. Nightly Remote System Testing: Remote closed-loop testing turns on and exercises each device to ensure room uptime. Real Time Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnosis and repair of all AV issues to keep systems up and running. Remote Meeting Management: Remotely managed meetings with live technical support to launch and monitor calls, fix issues, and perform pre-meeting testing of audio, video and AV equipment. Remote System Re-Commissioning: Remote testing and re-commissioning of AV on a periodic basis. Call/Resource Scheduling: Online and live assistance to schedule point-to-point and multi-point calls. Reactive Dedicated Live Support: Dedicated 24-hour help desk phone and video support is provided by Tier 3 US-based certified engineers. Service Ticket Tracking: Summary reports of all service calls provided via a web-based portal to help with infrastructure purchasing decisions. Manufacturer Warranty Support: Assistance with all manufacturer warranties to help you get the most from your valuable technology. Firmware and Software Upgrades: Upgrades to the latest major revision to ensure current technology. On-Site Support: Qualified engineers can provide on-site visits for high-priority service issues.

Only Constant Connect can truly monitor, manage, test and re-commission the entire audio visual and conferencing enterprise. Remote closed-loop tests turn on and exercise every device in a conference room for increased room uptime, so every meeting can start on time without issues.
5 Help at the Touch of a Button Quickly get help with any issue from tier three service engineers available immediately via phone or video at the touch of a button. Meeting delays equate to lost productivity. Our on-demand technical support engineers are skilled and certified in all major areas of audio, video and conferencing products and systems. 6 Proactive Nightly Re-Commissioning & Daily Monitoring One of Constant Connect s most important features is its ability to remotely and automatically test and monitor critical functions of an audio visual system. While most other service plans are strictly reactive - the support only starts once you have a problem - these tests add critical proactive and preemptive capabilities to help thoroughly evaluate the functional state of any audio visual system, catching system issues before they become problems. Our Proactive testing and monitoring modules include: Audio System Test Audio Conferencing System Test Video Conferencing System Test Projections System Test Projector Lamp & Filter Test Device Connectivity Test Component Battery Monitoring Temperature Monitoring Device Connectivity Monitoring Network Connectivity Monitoring System Activity Status Monitoring Analytics Reporting When the tests are completed, a record of the tests is automatically created to store the results. If the audio visual system passes all of the tests, no further action is taken and the test record is closed. If one or more of the tests fail, a Service Call Ticket is created. New Service Call Tickets are continuously reviewed by Cenero s Service Engineering Team. The Service Team then takes appropriate action, including notifying the client, to remedy the problem. Monthly reports are sent to all Cenero Constant Connect clients showing key system metrics and detailing all test records and service calls.
7 Analytics System Performance Reports: Nightly test results for every device in every room to prevent problems ahead of time. Room Usage and Analysis: Detailed reports on room usage and function to get the most value from your technology investment. Inventory Tracking: Tracking of all AV equipment for improved cost of ownership. It is not sustainable to manage a 24/7 facility that holds 56 classrooms and 14 conference rooms in-house. Test data and inspection results provide real-time analysis of system issues, availability and functionality. Web-based Application: An on-site resource can track and monitor individual conference room systems with an easy-to-use tablet application. Manual Checklists: Confirm all aspects of your complex meeting room functionality including AV conferencing equipment, battery and bulb confirmation and physical room requirements such as wastebaskets, supplies, etc. Room Tests and Tasks: Tests and tasks can be scheduled on an ongoing or ad-hoc basis and can be assigned to rooms and/or an on-site resource. Test Templates: Individual and group test templates are available based on room classifications. Customized Tests: Customized tests can be created based on your organization s specific requirements. Automatic Service Tickets: Failed room checks automatically generate service tickets for a quick resolution. Instant Reports: Reports are generated immediately illustrating which rooms are functional and what needs to be repaired or maintained.
