5 Grievance Redressal System NMC Complaint App is a mobile application developed by Nashik Municipal Corporation. It is a Complaint monitoring system for people of Nashik City. It has following features: Mobile application: - Complaint Registration - Complaint tracking - Compliant reopen - Multilingual support(english and Marathi language) - Offline complaints registration Backend system - Department wise user login - Reply to complaint with text message, & pushnotification - Division wise,department wise, ward wise, timewise reports NMC Complaint App is aimed to provide complaint monitoring services/ information conveniently

7 Complaint Registration Page Here User will have to insert all the complaint details, such as contact details, Ward, Location details and complaint details. Location details are fetched automatically if location is on. Also Image capture option has been provided for user (optional)

8 Complaint Listing (Registered Complaint) 1. Here all the registered complaints will be displayed. These complaint will be fetched from server. Each complaint is marked against user s contact number. 2. Complaint number, Complaint title, complaint registered date, status are displayed against each complaint. 3. Status will be Open/pending/Closed/Reopen

9 Complaint Details As user clicks on particular complaint from complaint listing page, complaint details are displayed. All replies from complaint administration and user (in case of reopen) are also listed here.

20 Complaint Section We have included Complaint Application in Smart Nashik too. Hence using Smart Nashik App, user will be able to register / track their complaints.

21 Frequently Asked Questions This section contains common questions and their answers, asked by every citizen while doing any work related to Nashik Municipal Corporation. We have sorted these FAQs with respect to Departments in NMC. Currently FAQs of Water Supply Department are shown.

22 Pay Your Taxes Using this section, citizens will be paying their NMC taxes such as Property Tax and Water Tax. User will require their Index number mentioned on their paper bill. Tax details are gathered from server and displayed on separate screen. User will be able to verify respective details related to tax. Smart Nashik app support both Card Payment and Net Banking payment options.

23 Elected Members This section shows details of all hon. elected members. This section has four important options- Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Standing Committee Chairman and Corporators. User can view following details by selecting one of the option. Details are: Name Photo Ward Number Address Phone / mobile numbers are currently not displayed.

24 Administration This section is a directory which has details of Nashik Municipal Corporation s Administration officials. Department wise listing is displayed. Under each department, all the officials are listed with respect to their designation. On click of a particular official, their details listed. Details are: Name Designation Department Contact Number

25 Important Contacts This section is directory full of important contacts. These are emergency contact details with respect to various department other than Nashik Municipal Corporation. Some of the departments are: Fire Brigade Water Supply Ambulance Hospitals Blood banks etc

29 Application Details This is tracking and verifying system for employees attendance and their location. Simple and user friendly UI. Both camera support has been provided. Camera switch button is provided, so that user can use both the cameras with respect to their convenience. 31 Registration Screen As NMC Employee clicks on registration tab, registration screen is displayed. Here employee has been verified on server. Against a valid employee id, app will asks for scanning face.

41 Work Monitoring Application NMC Work update is mobile application developed for Junior engineers and contractors to track their respective work allotted by NMC. Here junior engineer and contractor has to login for updating their work details. This is work tracking application. All the allotted sites will be listed after login. Against each site, user can track down their previous work by viewing history (images will be displayed with respect to project status) Also user will be uploading current site details to server. Location will be sent against each image click by app user. Location details will help to track down fraudulent work updates to specific sites.

42 Login Screen Here user have to enter valid username and password created by Super Admin/ Executive Engineer and deputy engineer. As user gets verified from server, he is navigated to site listing page.

43 Site Listing Page After user validation, Site listing page is displayed. Here all the allotted sites are displayed. These sites are created by and allotted by Super- Admin, executive engineer and deputy engineer. Against each site, junior engineer will track down work updates.

44 Site Detail Page As junior engineer, selects any particular site all details are displayed with two options. Options: View History Upload Photos Site Details Parameters: Site ID Site Name Division Department Ward Description

45 Site History Page After clicking on View History, Site history page is displayed. Here user can track down all previous work with respect to selected project status. Project Status: Before Start of Project Work In Progress Completion of Project Against selected project status, uploaded images will be displayed

46 Upload Site Details Page After clicking on Upload photos on Site details page, junior engineer is navigated to this page, where junior engineer will be taking photos/videos against current project status of NMC s work. Clicking on Camera / Take a picture, camera activates(mobile phone / tablet should have camera capability) Against each photo/video taken from camera, location is saved. Clicking submit button, all the details are uploaded on to server.
