1 Installation Introduction It only takes a few steps to get things set up properly so you can be using the Safety Meeting App in no time. 2 Step #1 Enroll Your Company And Setup Your Access Information Go to Click the Enroll Now button Fill out the information Your User Name is your address Make sure you write down your password

3 Step #2 Download the Application On Your Phone Safety Meeting App is available on both Android and iphones. Depending on what type of phone you have follow the directions below. Apple Go to Or use the QR code to the left Android Go to Or use the QR code to the right

4 Step #3 Click on the App And Enter Your Login Information To access the information you need to enter your address and the password you used when enrolling. The Safety Meeting App will remember this information from this point on (unless you change phones or devices).

5 Instructions on How To Use The Safety Meeting Application The Safety Meeting Application is very intuitive and has been designed to use much of the same functionalities that you find in other mobile applications. With that said, for the best user experience it is suggested that you spend 5-10 minutes to get familiar with the functionality and processes of the application before using it in the field. There are 2 things that you will need to set up on the mobile device prior to use and both are found under the Company Administration tab. They are: 1. Manage Company here you want to select the trade or trades you do so that the Safety Application will only deliver Safety Topics that are relevant to your line of work. 2. Manage Employees this is where you set up your employees so you can track who attended your safety meetings.

7 Reference Page How to Install an Android App Learn how-to install applications on your Android device. Android devices are a different beast from Apple s iphone. This is mostly due to the fact that Android devices aren t tied into a service like itunes and the App Store. Instead, these devices use the Google Play app marketplace, or proprietary marketplaces like the Amazon app store on Kindle Fires. With this how-to we ll help you learn how to download and install apps using Google Play. You will need a device with WiFi, 3G, or 4G access. 1. Access to Google Play is provided via a pre-installed app on your Android phone. Turn on the phone and unlock it. You will see the Android homescreen. Towards the bottom of the screen you should see a little tab or grid icon. Tap the icon, which opens a new view showing all the apps that are on the device. 2. Find the pictograph that is labeled Play Store. Generally this icon a white handbag on it with the Google Play triangle logo. Tap the icon for it to load up. 3. Browse and search for apps that you d like to install. For this example, let s grab a free app, like the original Angry Birds. 4. Once you ve selected an app for download tap the app of choice to view details like the description, rating, and the number of downloads by other users. At the bottom you should see a button labeled Install. A list of device functions that the app needs to access in order to function properly will pop up. Confirm the install with another tap and the download and install process will begin. Depending on the size of the app it may take a few minutes to download. Once it s finished the app is officially installed. 5. If you go back into the app grid, your new app will be there. Launch it and start playing. Note: You can find a list of all the apps that you ve downloaded by going into the Android Market app and finding the My Downloads section.

Some apps will cost money while others are free, and you can download all of them over your mobile phone's connection for quick installation. Step 1 Tap the "A" icon labeled "App Store" from the main screen. Step 2 Tap "Search" at the bottom of the screen, then tap the text entry area at the top of the screen. Step 3 Type part of the name of the application you would like to install using the iphone's virtual keyboard, then tap "Search." Step 4 Tap the name of the application you would like to install from the results list. Step 5 Tap the "FREE" or "PAID" button at the top-right of the screen. If the application is free, the button will immediately turn into a green "Install" option. If it is a paid application, you will need to tap "Authorize" to the payment dialogue to purchase the item using the credit card attached to your Apple account. At this point, the button will turn green. Step 6 Tap "Install." Step 7 Enter your itunes password. The program will be immediately downloaded and installed to your iphone.
