1 Dear Lavner Camps Families, Below is the information that you need to know for Video Game Design Camp: General Information for Camp: Suggested Items for camp: A water bottle and sun tan lotion. If you would like an instructor to assist your child with applying sun tan lotion, please authorization to Info@lavnercamps.com. Footwear: Closed- foot sneakers are encouraged. Camp Hours: Full Days are from 9:00am to 3:30pm (Drop off 8:45am to 9:00am and Pick up 3:30pm to 3:45pm.) Half Days are from 9:00am to 12:15pm or 12:15pm to 3:30pm. Extended Hours: Early Arrival is from 8:00am to 9:00am and Extended Day is from 3:30pm to 6:00pm. Nut Free Camp: We are a "nut free" camp. Please do not send your child to camp with any nut products. Cell Phone Policy: Campers may bring cell phones, but use is NOT permitted except during lunchtime or if there is an emergency. Lunch: Campers may pack their own lunch or purchase lunch. Lunch is $7/day and is catered by quality area restaurants. Registration: If you registered online or via mail, your registration is complete. If you registered over the phone, and have not yet submitted your registration form, you must fill one out before your child can participate in camp activities. You can access the form by visiting lavnercamps.com or our camp office. Medical Conditions/Allergies: If your child has allergies or other medical conditions not already provided on the registration form,

2 please this information to before your child starts camp. Medication: If medication is needed during camp, please provide our camp office with authorization to dispense medication and directions to do so. Please provide the medication to your child s lead instructor. Drop Off/Pick Up: Campers must be signed in and signed out each day by a person authorized to do so. If the person is under 18 years old, you must give permission by ing our camp office at Info@lavnercamps.com. Transportation: Lavner Camps does not provide transportation for campers between camp and home or drop- off/pick- up points. Consent Form: A camper may not participate in camp if the consent form is not completed/submitted by a legal guardian. If you registered online, your registration is complete. Behavioral Policy: As a reminder, please review our Behavioral Policy on our website in the "General Information" section. Bring a bathing suit and towel because swimming is available Ages 6 to 13 Drop Off/Pick Up: Use the main entrance (Korman Family Pavilion located between number 32 Alter Middle School and number 31 McNeil Upper School on the Campus Map).

3 Gwynedd Mercy University 1325 Sumneytown Pike, Gwynedd Valley, PA Drop Off/Pick Up (from Sumneytown Pike entrance): Turn into the main entrance and make a right onto University Drive. Follow University Drive around the fields until you see the brick Gwynedd Mercy University sign. Right behind the brick sign is a circle, where Drop off and Pick up occurs each day. The Camp Director and instructors will be outside in the circle greeting camp families and directing campers to their camp areas. Camp is held in Fatima Hall. Drop Off/Pick Up (from Evans Road Entrance): Turn onto Assumption Road (from Evans Road) and follow it until you get to University Drive. Turn Right onto University Drive and follow it until you see the main circle for Drop Off/Pick Up. In the case of rain, Drop Off and Pick Up will occur in Fatima Hall, so follow the directions to the main circle where Drop Off/Pick Up occurs and follow the lawn signs directing you toward Fatima Hall. Extended Hours: Early Arrival and Extended Day will take place in Fatima Hall. There will be a whiteboard and an easel located in the main Drop Off/Pick Up circle with the Extended Hours room assignment. Malvern Preparatory School 418 South Warren Avenue, Malvern, PA For more information about Malvern Preparatory School, please call (484) Drop Off/Pick Up: Follow the one- way from St. Augustine Circle (main entrance of the school) until you reach the Student Drop Off located directly outside of Sullivan Hall. The classroom assignments will be posted on the whiteboard, placed outside in the Drop Off/Pick Up area.

4 Extended Hours: Early Arrival and Extended Day will take place in Carney 201. Plymouth Meeting Friends School 2150 Butler Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA Drop Off/Pick Up: Parents should enter Plymouth Meeting Friends School using the lower driveway off of Butler Pike, closer to the PMFS Gym and New Building. Drop Off and Pick Up will occur in the Corson Lobby of the gym building. Lawn signs will be placed on campus indicating the above area, and the Camp Director will greet parents outside and direct them toward the Drop Off/Pick Up area. Extended Hours: Early Arrival and Extended Day will take place in the gym. Rosemont College 1400 Montgomery Avenue, Rosemont, PA Drop Off and Pick up: Outside of Alumni Hall next to Alumni Field (number 1 on the campus map). There will be Lavner Camps signs with arrows throughout the entrances of campus directing you how to get to Alumni Hall. The Camp Director, wearing a Lavner Camps collared shirt is also stationed outside of Alumni Hall to answer any questions and greet parents during Drop Off and Pick Up. All parents must sign in and sign out their child(ren) with the lead instructor in the road directly facing the campus Bookstore, which is located in Alumni Hall. If it is raining, Drop Off & Pick Up will take place inside Alumni Hall, right next to the campus Bookstore. Extended Hours: Early Arrival is held in Alumni Hall next to the campus bookstore (number 1 on the campus map). Extended Day is held in Good Counsel Hall, room 201 (number 6 on the campus map).

5 University of Pennsylvania 3417 Spruce Street, Philadelphia, PA Drop Off/Pick Up: Will take place on the street in front of Irvine Auditorium and Houston Hall (located at 34 th and Spruce). Camps are being held in either Houston Hall or Irvine Auditorium, which are both located in the Perelman Quad. The Lavner Camps Camp Director will be stationed outside on 34 th and Spruce in between Irvine Auditorium and Houston Hall, standing next to an easel and whiteboard, which provides the classroom assignments for each camp. Lead Instructors are stationed outside behind the Camp Director and whiteboard, inside of the iron- gate. Camper sign in and sign out will take place outside where the Lead Instructors are stationed, and is performed on the Lead Instructor s smart phone. Each Lavner Camps staff will be wearing a Lavner Camps collared shirt. In case of rain, Drop Off/Pick Up will take place inside the lobby of Irvine Auditorium located on 34 th and Spruce Street. The Camp Director will instruct you which door to use in order to sign in and sign our your camper(s). Extended Hours: Early Arrival and Extended Day will be held in Irvine Auditorium room G7, located in the Perelman Quad on 34 th and Spruce Street. Valley Forge Educational Services 1777 North Valley Road, Malvern PA Drop Off/Pick Up: Parents should use Entrance A to access the Activities Center and can use the cul- de- sac for Drop Off & Pick Up. Parents are able to park in the far parking lot, right next to the Activities Center. A whiteboard and easel will be placed directly outside of the Activities Center entrance, which will display all camp room assignments.

6 Extended Hours: The Early Arrival & Extended Day room assignment will be posted on the whiteboard and easel each day, which will be placed directly outside of the Activities Center entrance. Waldron Mercy Academy 513 Montgomery Ave., Merion Station, PA Campers may bring a bathing suit and towel because swimming is available during recess. Drop Off/Pick Up: Drop Off & Pick Up will occur in the circle adjacent to the main entrance of the school. The Camp Director and instructor(s) will greet parents in the circle during drop off and pick up for sign in and sign out. Lawn signs will also be present on campus to direct camp families to the appropriate area for Drop Off and Pick Up. Extended Hours: Inside the main lobby area, an easel with a whiteboard will list which room Early Arrival and Extended Day will take place in. Katz JCC 1301 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, NJ Bring a bathing suit and towel because swimming is available Drop Off/Pick Up: Use the main entrance. Inside the lobby, there will be a whiteboard and easel providing all camp room assignments. Extended Hours: Inside the lobby, a whiteboard and easel will provide which classroom Extended Hours will be located in. Stuart Country Day School 1200 Stuart Road, Princeton, NJ Campers may pack a lunch or bring $7/day to purchase lunch from the Stuart cafeteria

7 Drop Off/Pick Up: Drop Off/ Pick Up: Use the main entrance of the school. Inside the lobby, you will walk toward the front desk and then turn left to walk toward the cafeteria, where Drop Off and Pick Up for all Lavner Camps takes place. Extended Hours: Early Arrival and Extended Day will take place in the Stuart cafeteria. Towson University 8000 York Road, Towson, MD Directions to Towson University from the I- 695 Beltway: For directions to Towson University from the I- 695 Beltway to Exit 25 Charles Street, visit and click on maps. Take Exit 25 (Charles Street) SOUTH. Proceed 1.7 miles and then turn left onto Towsontown Boulevard. At the 2 nd stoplight, turn right onto Osler Drive. At the 2 nd stoplight, turn left onto Cross Campus Drive, and then turn left into the Union Garage. Drop Off/Pick Up: Once you turn into the Union Garage, follow the signs to the first level. Every Monday morning during Drop Off, there will be a Towson University representative stationed in the Union Garage greeting parents and directing them where to go for Sign In. Continue to the bottom of the ramp, and you will see the Camp Director stationed to the right of the ramp directing parents toward the Drop Off & Pick Up area. Extended Hours: A whiteboard and an easel will be placed in front of the University Union entrance, with the Early Arrival and Extended Day classroom information.
