1 How to register with CapitaLand ID Self Service

2 Step 1 Locate the Internet Explorer link.

3 Step 2 Double-click Internet Explorer link.

4 Step 3 Click in the field in the Internet Explorer.

5 Step 4 Enter " com".

6 Step 5 Press [Enter].

7 Step 6 Click the Domain: list.

8 Step 7 Click on the Domain: that you belongs to.

9 Step 8 Click in the User name: field.

10 Step 9 Enter the desired information into the User name: field. Enter the domain user id.

11 Step 10 Click in the Enter the characters you see on the picture: field.

12 Step 11 Enter the desired information into the Enter the characters you see on the picture: field. In this example: Enter "6t7u8". Note: The purpose of entering these characters is to ensure that the response is manually keyed in by a user. This will prevent computers controlled by hackers from automatically attempting to compromise user s account/password.

13 Step 12 Click the OK object.

14 Step 13 Click the Register with Password Manager link.

15 Step 14 Click in the Password: field.

16 Step 15 Enter the desired information into the Password: field. Enter your current password.

17 Step 16 Click the Next button.

18 Step 17 Click the Select a question: list.

19 Step 18 This is the first question that you are required to enter the desired answer. In this example: Click the In what city or town was your first job? (Min 4 Characters) list item.

20 Step 19 Click in the Answer: field.

21 Step 20 Enter the desired information into the Answer: field.

22 Step 21 Press [Tab].

23 Step 22 Enter the desired information into the Confirm answer: field. Enter the same answer as in Step 20.

24 Step 23 Click the Select a question: list.

25 Step 24 This is the second question that you will be required enter the desired answers. In this example: Click the What was your dream job as a child? (Min 4 Characters) list item.

26 Step 25 Click in the Answer: field.

27 Step 26 Enter the desired information into the Answer: field.

28 Step 27 Press [Tab].

29 Step 28 Enter the desired information into the Confirm answer: field. Enter the same answer as in Step 26.

30 Step 29 Press the left mouse button over the scrollbar and drag the mouse to the rest of the questions.

31 Step 30 Release the mouse button.

32 Step 31 Click the Select a question: list.

33 Step 32 This is the third question that you are required to enter the desired answer. In this example: Click the What was the name of your first stuffed animal? (Min 4 Characters) list item.

34 Step 33 Click in the Answer: field.

35 Step 34 Enter the desired information into the Answer: field.

36 Step 35 Press [Tab].

37 Step 36 Enter the desired information into the Confirm answer: field. Enter the same answer as in Step 34.

38 Step 37 Click the Select a question: list.

39 Step 38 This is the fourth question that you are required to enter the desired answer. In this example: Click the What is the name of the company of your first job? (Min 4 Characters) list item.

40 Step 39 Click in the Answer: field.

41 Step 40 Enter the desired information into the Answer: field.

42 Step 41 Press [Tab].

43 Step 42 Enter the desired information into the Confirm answer: field. Enter the same answer as in Step 40.

44 Step 43 Click in the Authentication Answer (operator may ask you for the correct answer field.

45 Step 44 Enter the desired information into the Authentication Answer (operator may ask you for the correct answer field. Note: This question is meant for Helpdesk to authenticate your identity in case you forget all the answers to the four questions that you have entered earlier. Helpdesk will ask any two characters of the Authentication Answer. e.g. You enter the Authentication Answer as superman, helpdesk will ask what is the 1 st and 3 rd characters of the answer. You will only need to provide helpdesk s and p and not the entire answer. Helpdesk will be able to assist you further to unlock or assign a new pass code for your re-registration so that you can again reset your password.

46 Step 45 Press [Tab].

47 Step 46 Enter the desired information into the Confirm answer: field. Enter the same answer as in Step 44.

48 Step 47 Click the Finish button.

49 Step 48 You should see You have successfully registered with Password Manager Click the Close this window to exit CapitaLand ID Self Service link.

50 Step 49 Click the Yes button.
