6 Project coaching Coaching will focus on the project process Every Wednesday (see rooster for specific Nmes) 10 minute meenng with one of five coaches You will be expected to: Book a meenng no later than 15:00 on the Tuesday before that meenng Prepare (and bring) an agenda of points to discuss with the coach Develop your own eerste poging at answers to your quesnons and use your coach as a sounding board Cancel meenngs you cannot make by 15:00 on the Tuesday before the meenng

19 What you have to do Develop a concept for an interacnve toepassing that meets the goal of bringing the archive s treasures to the target group AND then Develop an interacnve demo that allows the client and the target group to experience this concept

23 Deliverables The client requires: A clearly labelled CD/DVD containing: A working interacnve demo (or a link to it) in Flash, HTML/CSS, a Mobile OS, etc. Project planning Concept document Ontwerp document Evidence of process (research, sketches, etc.) Usability report or evidence of user reacnon to demo Deadline 12:00 21 June 2010

24 What is an interacnve demo? It is displayed via some form of screen and the user is able to control it via some sort of input device(s). The level of control offered must go deeper than being able to switch it on/off or being able to move forward and backward between pages. (A film or a PowerPoint presentanon is not acceptable.) It requires the user to be acnve when using it and should provide immediate feedback based on choices made (it should be a lean- forward rather than a lean- back experience). It should help the user feel how it would be to use the real applicanon (and/or service).

Have you chosen a theme and researched it? Have you researched and chosen your media? Is there a clearly defined toepassing that solves the client s problem in a way that is engaging for the target user? If there is a problem here then your coach will give you feedback and arrange a meenng with you acer the vacanon

30 Beoordeling criteria You will be assessed on three main criteria: 1. Product 2. PresentaNon 3. Process

31 Product a. Het idee en de interacneve demo voldoen aan de criteria van de opdrachtgever en overtreffen deze bij voorkeur. b. De gerealiseerde interacneve demo toont aan dat de student kennis en vaardigheden uit de propedeusevakken heec toegepast. c. De CD- ROM/DVD met daarop de documentane en interacneve demo geven een compleet overzicht van de toepassing.

32 PresentaNon a. De student heec een interacneve demo en alle documentane opgeleverd vóór 21 juni uur. b. De presentane van de interacneve demo is boeiend en overtuigend en toont minimaal de kernfuncnonaliteit en de interacne van de toepassing. c. De opgeleverde producten en presentanes zijn verzorgd uitgevoerd en zijn geschreven in correct Nederlands.

33 Process a. De student heec een proacneve houding getoond in het project door: Het vinden van eigen antwoorden op vragen (Wanneer dit niet mogelijk was hebben zij contact gezocht met hun docenten met een weloverwogen vermoeden van de juiste oplossing.) Een projectplan op te stellen met passende mijlpalen en taken, en door zijn eigen progressie bij te houden ten opzichte van het plan. b. De student heec minimaal 5 contactmomenten (gesprekken en shows) met coaches gehad. c. De student haalt alle gestelde deadlines. d. De student heec onderzoek gedaan naar het onderwerp, de gebruiker en mogelijke oplossingen en kan dit aantonen
