Safety Management is a comprehensive tool enabling vessel owners and operators to manage safety, reduce risk, prevent human injury or loss of life, and follow best practices. Key features include near misses/accident reporting, safety meeting, nonconformity, safety drills and others. Crew Management is enables companies to have a clear view of crew CV data, payroll, relief plan, appraisal and training. The web based design means that login can be given to head office, branch office, manning offices and travel agents in a secure environment. E-Procurement Management is advanced tool designed to optimize the purchasing process. Modules include requisitions, request for quote (RFQ), supplier details, online quotations, quote comparisons, online approval, purchase orders and invoices. Rest Hours is the quick and easy online tool to maintain shipboard working arrangements and record crew rest hours, providing comprehensive analysis and monitoring on nonconformities and breaches. It complies with ILO, OCIMF, MLC 2006 and guidelines. Risk Assessment is a customizable tool enabling hazard identification & control measures. Fleet wide risk assessments can be preloaded based on the individual Shipping company requirements, enabling shore staff to acknowledge risks. Document Management enables managers to organize company ISM manuals, circulars and files with revision control options. The system is designed with approval processes and advanced search options. Forms Management enables Ship staff to fill in the the daily, monthly and weekly forms and checklists in electronic format and send it directly to the office through the system instead of via huge attachments and hard copies. Environmental Management provides information on bunker consumption and emissions on a monthly, yearly and quarterly basis and is compliant with the MARPOL Annex VI guidelines for Ship Energy Efficiency Management Planning. 16
