Skip Greeby, Jr., P.E., SCDP is President of The Greeby Companies, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, USA. With offices throughout the United States and globally, Skip has directed his company s efforts since 1978 relevant to development, development management, project management and tenant finish consultation services. Mr. Greeby is an International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Trustee, serves on the ICSC CenterBuild Program Committee as past Conference Chairman, is Chair of the ICSC United States Design and Development Awards Committee, is Co-Chair of the ICSC CDP (Certified Development, Design, and Construction Professional) Admissions and Governing Committee, is an instructor and past Dean at the ICSC University of Shopping Centers, is an Executive Learning Series and John T. Riordan School for Professional Development instructor, serves on the Board of Trustees Professional Development Committee, and is the 1999 recipient of ICSC s Board of Trustees Distinguished Service Award. Skip has a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point (1968), a Master of Science from Stanford University in Soil Mechanics (1971), and a second Master of Science from Stanford University in Construction Management (1972). He is a registered professional engineer (P.E.) in Illinois. STEPHEN PRAGNELL 12, Impasse du Toit des Hetres, Fultot, France spragnell@orange.fr A British national, born and educated in London, Stephen Pragnell has been living and working in France for more than half of his life. After some years in the luxury fashion market in London and Paris, and a rewarding period in the airport retail industry, Stephen started his Real Estate career in 1990 at Norwich Union, managing a portfolio of 6 Shopping Centres in France. Joining Jones Lang LaSalle France in 1995 as an associate, he worked as Asset manager and retail consultant for Adia, DGI, EuroCommercial Properties, and Bouygues. From early 2002, Stephen was with the French shopping centre developer, manager and investor Apsys Group, first in Warsaw as General Manager of Apsys Polska, and then from May 2008 in Paris as Group Director for External Relations. A leader in Poland, Apsys manages a portfolio of 19 Shopping centres for major institutional investors (GE, Heitman, Dawnay Day, Pradera, Oppenheim and Apsys), and their development achievements include the award winning Manufaktura in Łódź, one of Europe s largest urban regeneration life-style and retail projects. From August 2009 until January 2011, he joined Ikea Real Estate (Russia & CIS) in Moscow as the head of the 420 strong Mega management team. With 12 regional centres in 9 major cities, representing over 1, 8 million M2 GLA and receiving more than 200 million visitors per annum, Mega is the leading retail destination and shopping centre brand in the Russian market. Stephen is past Chairman of the ICSC European Shopping Centre Awards programme, a member of the ICSC International Faculty, a regular speaker at International conferences, and an active member of ICSC, CNCC, RCSC, ULI and GRI. He is also the founder and former President of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH).

TINKUM, SCDP, MCR Retail Development Design and Construction Consultant 2601 SW 35 th Terrace Topeka, Kansas U.S.A Jim Tinkum, SCDP, MCR recently retired from Payless ShoeSource Store Development Department after 20 years. He joined in Payless in 1987 after closing out his own construction company. Prior to joining Payless Jim worked in the commercial general contracting side of the business since graduating from Kansas State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Jim has worked with every method of construction administration: Design-Build, Construction Management, Hard-Bid, Negotiated, and Turnkey Development. Jim has experience at every level of the construction business as a workman, assistant superintendent, superintendent, project manager, company officer, and state licensing QP, safety director, and business owner, owner s representative in both Open Shop and Union environments. He still keeps his Florida license current in an inactive status. Jim s experience at Payless ShoeSource has definitely qualified him in management of Multiple Projects. Since 1987, Payless has developed an average of 250 new and relocated stores a year throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Canada, Central America, South America, Dominican Republic, Trinidad, Tobago and Japan. Jim s responsibilities also included overseeing of Store Planning and Design, remodeling and maintenance of existing stores. Jim is currently Co-Chairman of the CDP Admission and Governing Council, Past Chairman of the 2007 CenterBuild Committee Program Planning Committee, Active Member of the CenterBuild Advisory Council.

Upon serving, projects like Akmerkez, Carousel, İzmit Outlet Center as a professional, on 1997 he established his firm Alkaş Consulting, which played significant roles on leading projects like Maxi, Karada Marina, Olivium, Tepe Nautilus, Optimum, Armada, KayseriPark, KoruPark, İstinyePark and Kent Meydanı. In JLL, he has served in projects like Cevahir, Antares, ViaPort, Optimum Istanbul, Ozdilek, SankoPark, MalatyaPark, DemirPark, Kozzy, Afium, KentPark, GebzeCenter, Optimum Adana, Family Mall Erbil. As a founder member and still vice chairman of TCSCR (Turkish Council of Shopping Centers and Retailers) and also he is the president of Services & Consulting Group, he has also been serving as a board member in ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) European Advisory Board along with his presence in the ICSC European Award Jury. Along with being a faculty member in ICSC J. Riordan School for Professional Development Avi Alkas was honoured with ICSC Distinguished Service Award in Avi also holds, the professional recognition titles of MRICS (Member of RICS Organisation), SCSM (Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager), SCMD (Senior Certified Marketing Director) and SCLS (Senior Certified Leasing Specialist) being the first in Europe. Avi has his MA degree on business administration from Bosphorus University.

She is responsible for overseeing 11 operating shopping centres across the Middle East which have a combined GLA of over 900,000 square meters (9.7 million square feet); with an additional 8 centres - which are currently under development representing over 1.2 million additional square meters of GLA. Prior to this, Pam was the Marketing Manager at CITYSTARS, Egypt during the pre-opening launch of the massive integrated development which included 7 office towers 2 residential and 3 hotels along with a super regional centre. She spent two years prior to Egypt as Marketing Manager of Sahara Centre in Sharjah, UAE. Before Pam s stint in the Middle East she held the position of Director, Regional Marketing for 21 shopping malls in Canada at Ivanhoe Cambridge. Pam is a graduate of the University of Calgary, Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a Major in Marketing. She is an ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centres) designated Senior Certified Marketing Director (SCMD), has over 25 ICSC Marketing awards credited to her name, has held various positions on ICSC committees, teaches at the Professional School of Development for ICSC, and was a judge for the ICSC Marketing Awards in Canada and the U.S.A. Eileen is a globally-revered Shopping Mall Marketer with an unrivalled experience in the industry. Her career has touched most global owners and managers and spans the full range of marketing disciplines. Eileen is a member of the ICSC International Retail School Marketing Faculty and teaches on corporate courses as well as ICSC Marketing I and II courses leading to professional qualifications in shopping centre marketing. In 2008 Eileen was given the ICSC Trustees Distinguished Service Award for her contribution to global shopping centre marketing.

KIVANÇ ERMAN, MRICS Director, Capital Markets & Advisory Jones Lang LaSalle- Yesim Sokak No:2 Istanbul With more than 15 years experience in the financial sector, especially in capital markets and asset allocation, Kıvanç Erman is responsible for organizing all capital markets activities within Turkish markets, in deep cooperation with Jones Lang LaSalle s Pan European Capital Markets Team. Kıvanç also supervises all the advisory activities for Jones Lang LaSalle, including Valuation, Strategic Consulting & Research as well as the Capital Markets team. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, for the last 4 years, he was managing the International Pension Funds of Yapı Kredi Portfolio Management, Inc. (YKP), the leading asset management company of in terms of AUM. Aside from being a Senior Pension Fund Manager, he was also the head of the Quantitative Analysis & Research workgroup, aiming to determine the internal dynamics of the Turkish markets and long-term valuation and allocation of portfolios as well as single assets. He managed portfolios in international markets based on broker & in-house research. Before joining YKP, he was working as the Head of International Capital Markets in Strateji Securities, Inc.; a boutique securities firm, intermediating the international institutional investors. He successfully carried out relations with international institutional investors, dealing, organizing the research flow and several public offerings. Kıvanç holds a Ph.D. degree in Finance, MA in Capital Markets and BA in Political and Administrative Sciences; all from Marmara University, Istanbul. He also lectures courses to MBA classes on Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management in Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul. He also has issued papers on local and international symposiums. Kıvanç is fluent in Turkish, English, French and Spanish. Tony has worked on numerous shopping malls across the globe including Russia / Germany / UK / Australia and prior to joining Redevco, Tony was a Director at DTZ / Donaldson s UK. Tony was a previous Board Member of REI of NSW Australia. Mr. de Graaf taught for ICSC in Lithuania in 2011, and later this year will be teaching in Brussels, Belgium at the ICSC European Retail Property School.

Worked in New York as an accountant at Leather Fashions Ltd, which is a wholesale leather business. Next year he moved to Chicago as a division manager in Midwest for establishing a new branch. In 1990 after army duty, he started to work as Operational Manager for Fame City Izmir Branch. a family entertainment center of m 2 each which was located in Galleria Istanbul and Hilton Complex in Izmir. an investment by Bayraktar Group who developed the very first mall of Galleria, Carousel and the first outlet center in. In 1999 he was promoted as an Assistant General Manager in Bayraktar Real Estate Investment Company, responsible of leasing and marketing, and after two years he became the General Manager. Presently Bayraktar is running only Outlet Center Izmit. Mr. Illez has attended International School for Professional Development for first level in at 2000 and Level II in Dubai UAE at 2004, and since 2000 he has been attending ICSC European Conferences, marketing and outlet conferences every year. Mr. Illez became a CSM in 2006 and he is the member of ICSC true by TCSCR since He is also board member of TCSCR last 5 years. She has held several positions within ICSC including Western Division Operations Chair in the USA and Russian Liaison Committee member before arriving in in Throughout her career, Shannon has been responsible for management of a diverse array of retail property products - neighbourhood centres, luxury properties as well as regional malls. Additionally, she is experienced in leasing both specialty and long term, strategic marketing and event coordination, construction management and, most recently, site selection and retail development. Prior to joining Pradera Management, Shannon spent two years as an Associate Director of Shopping Center Management with Jones Lang LaSalle in Istanbul. Additionally, she was a Senior Retail Advisor for CB Richard Ellis in Russia where she was responsible for the successful opening and ongoing management of shopping centers in different regions of the country. Her experience in the United States included work with some of the country s most prominent shopping center companies, such as Macerich, Cousins Properties, and Jones Lang LaSalle America. Though the majority of Shannon s career has focused on the Landlord side of the business, in 2009 she was the appointed Development Director at TBOE, one of the first and most successful fashion brands in Russia. As such, she was responsible for implementing an aggressive expansion plan while also renegotiating economics of existing locations. This combination of both Landlord and Tenant experience allows her a well rounded understanding of the interests of each. Mr. Steiner formed Steiner + Associates in Over the past 15 years, the company has developed, more than four million square feet of New Urban Retail projects. Deploying long-term vision, experience and creativity, Mr. Steiner and his team of more than 350 employees in six states, have elevated the tax base and exposure of urban and suburban communities alike by stimulating economic reinvestment and creating one-of-a-kind retail environments. It has enabled Mr. Xavier to acquire an in-depth knowledge of retail markets not only in Portugal, where we worked for Sonae Sierra and Segece, but also in Poland, where he started working in 2005 July for Apsys Poland and later in, when he joined Multi Corporation. He put his experience to best use in the different projects that he has managed, from city centre to out-oftown shopping centres and lifestyle centres. Joao Xavier has a wide and diverse cultural experience in launching large, mixed-use projects. In 2006 he launched one of the most awarded real estate multifunctional projects, called Manufaktura. As head of property management at 'Manufaktura', he has seen this leading project for Apsys Poland Shopping Centres carry off several prestigious awards: Best Tourist Product of 2006 ; Best Shopping Centre and Best Global Development in 2006 in Poland; Award for Excellence from ULI (Urban land Institute); Best International Retail & Leisure Destination of the Year from Retail & Magazine (UK); Community Relations Gold Solal Award from ICSC; Best Public Space in Poland; among many other important awards. Before heading to, he was based in Warsaw during a 1.5 year term as Director of Property Management, supervising all 16 Apsys Poland shopping centres. In 2009 June a new challenge came from Multi Corporation, one of the biggest and most active real estate developers in Europe. In 2009 November he carried out the launching of the biggest shopping and leisure centre in Europe, named Forum Istanbul, a unique scheme with sqm of retail and leisure, creating a new destination for Istanbul families. In 2011 March Joao launched Multi s newest project in, Marmara Forum, a multifunctional scheme with of GLA.
