Srivastava is currently the Provost and Deputy-President for Academic Affairs, Singapore Management University and Roberto C. Goizueta Chair in e-commerce and Marketing, Emory University. Professor Srivastava holds a BTech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur; an MSIE from the University of Rhode Island, and MBA and PhD from the University of Pittsburgh. Besides being a leading authority on brand and marketing strategy, he is also well known for his contributions to marketing metrics and the impact of marketing on shareholder value. His interests and outlook in integrating operations, finance and marketing reinforce a unique perspective on managing business processes and corporate performance. His work on the impact of market- based assets on shareholder value in the Journal of Marketing received both the 1998 Maynard and MSI/Paul Root Awards for the article judged to contribute most to the theory and practice of marketing respectively, and more recently, the Sheth Foundation Award for long-term contributions to the Marketing discipline. These interests are further reflected in his co-editorship of special issues of the Journal of Marketing on Marketing Metrics (2004) and on the Impact of Marketing Strategy on Wall Street (2009). Professor Srivastava also has extensive experience in the technology sector ranging from startups at the Austin Technology Incubator to industry leaders such as Microsoft, HP and Nokia.

2 John Roberts John Roberts is a Professor of Marketing in the UNSW Australia Business School, with a joint appointment as Professor of Marketing at the London Business School. He has extensive senior executive experience and the company that he founded, Marketing Insights, an Asian leader in strategic marketing consulting, is now a part of the world's largest marketing information company, A C Nielsen. John is winner of the American Marketing Association's John A. Howard Award, its William O'Dell Award, and its Advanced Research Techniques Best Paper Award. He has also been a Finalist in the John Little Award for the best paper in marketing science three times and the Gary Lilien Marketing Science Practice Prize three times. John sits on the Editorial Boards of the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Forecasting, Marketing Science, International Journal of Research in Marketing, and Australian Journal of Management. He has won the UNSW Business School Distinguished Teacher Award, the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Marketing Distinguished Educator Award, and been Runner Up in the London Business School EMBA Distinguished Teacher Award. John is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Social Sciences, the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Marketing Institute, the Australian Market and Social Research Society, and the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Marketing, as well as being a U.S. Harkness Fellow and a Fellow of the U.K. Twenty First Century Trust. John has recently been elected Vice President of Practice, Informs Marketing Science Society (ISMS) for a period of two years. He has been a visiting professor at Stanford, M.I.T., the University of Hamburg, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. John has served on the Academic Advisory Boards of the Marketing Science Institute (based in Cambridge MA), the Chief Marketing Officers' Council (Menlo Park, CA), the Centre for Brand Management and Marketing (Hamburg), and AiMark (Tilburg), the Applied Economics Bulletin and Quantitative Abstracts in Marketing. He sits on the Australian Research Council's College of Experts.

3 Ashish Sinha Ashish is a Professor of Marketing and Head of School of Marketing at the UNSW Business School. He obtained his PhD from University of Alberta, Canada in the area of Marketing Science with minors in Statistics and Economics. His major area of interest lies in developing models that help managers make better decisions. This interest is a natural extension of his work at Information Resources Incorporated, Chicago, USA, where in the role of Vice President and Chief Modeller of Analytics Insight Group he spearheaded the development of several multi-million dollar products including Attribute Drivers, Consumer Mix Drivers and Portfolio Drivers. He has consulted for many Blue Chip companies, including Kraft, PepsiCo, Frito-Lays and Campbell Soup Company, among others, and has taught several executive programs for companies, such as, General Electric, Coke, Hershey and Eli Lilly. He has advised many consulting houses and regulatory organizations, including Mckinsey Corporation, Information Resources Incorporated and ACCC, and was involved in the design and marketing of the analytics offerings of Synovate Aztec in Australasia and Synovate MMA in the United States. He has mostly recently sold a Big Data Marketing Analytics company that he was a partner in to Information Resources Incorporated, Chicago, USA. His work has appeared or is forthcoming in many academic and trade journals, including Marketing Science, the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Consumer Psychology, the Journal of Retailing, Marketing Letters, the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, the Journal of Business Research, Industrial Marketing Management and Australasian Marketing Journal. He is also the recipient of several academic awards, including the Davidson Award for the Best Journal of Retailing Paper, Australasian Marketing Journal Best Paper Award, Academy of Marketing Science Best Dissertation Award, AMA MRSIG Best Paper Award, AMA BrandSIG Best Paper Award and 2013 ANZMAC Distinguished Researcher Award. He was awarded the Best Marketing Professor in Australasia by the CMO Asia chapter in He is also a twice-finalist for the prestigious INFORMS Marketing Science Institute Gary Lilien Practice Award in recognition of his work in the areas of Category Management, Assortment and Disruptive innovation.

4 David Redhill David Redhill has worked in print and broadcast journalism, marketing, branding, PR, content production, photography and music for over 30 years in Australia, Spain, the US and the UK. In he was recognized by the Australian Marketing Institute as Australian Marketer of the Year, the first time a professional services marketer has won this award. David is currently a partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Deloitte Australia, where he leads the firm s marketing, communications and business development teams, advises the firm s national Executive, and oversees messaging, brand and thought leadership. He is a series editor of the firm s premier white paper series Building the Lucky Country: Business Imperatives for a Prosperous Australia, and is a member of the firm's global marketing, brand and IT/digital transformation councils. Externally, he is a member of the Advisory Council to the UNSW College of Fine Arts (COFA). David s career includes stints at Landor Associates, BEA Systems and PWC and has encompassed technology multinationals and startups, professional services networks, media, and creative and communications agencies. His stories, photographs and designs have been published in the Financial Times, the Times of London, The Guardian, Journal of Brand Strategy, Design Week and Creative Review (UK); The Australian and Sydney Morning Herald (Australia); La Vanguardia (Spain) and the New York Times, Chicago Tribune and San Francisco Chronicle (USA), along with various magazines and online sites. His documentaries and music have featured on radio in several countries and his photography has been exhibited in Spain, the UK and Australia. David s awards include a New York Telly for Video Creative Direction and a Gold Quill for Excellence by the IABC. David graduated from UTS in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) and has completed diplomas in Spanish and French. He is a keen musician, surfer, photographer and tennis player and is married with three children.

5 LEE TONITTO BCOM MBA MAICD FAMI CPM Chief Executive Officer Australian Marketing Institute Lee Tonitto was appointed the CEO of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) on September 8th Lee brings experience from a distinguished 30-year career spanning Marketing, Customer Value, Distribution, Produce and Service Design and Business Strategy for major brands such as Unilever, Revlon, AMP and Commonwealth Bank s Count Financial. More than an accomplished marketer, Lee is also a business transformation leader. Lee is proud of her long-term involvement with the AMI beginning as NSW Councillor in 2003 then became NSW President, joining the Board in 2007 and then the honour of becoming Chair in Under Lee s leadership, the AMI is focusing on growing value for members, including enhancing professional development to enable members to stay nimble, innovative and adapt to changing customer needs.
