16 About Us Dr Jon Tabbert A native of Chicago, Illinois, Jon began acquiring his expertise in the US university system with a Bachelor s degree from Bradley University, a Master s degree from Minnesota State University and a doctorate from the University of North Dakota. While in the United States, he held administrative or faculty positions at the University of North Dakota; Hastings College, Nebraska; and Lake Erie College, Ohio. He later represented a consortium of American universities in Europe, before relocating to the UK in 1982 and later serving as Executive Director of Student Enrolment at Richmond, The American International University in London.
