Institutiol Manufacturing Technology focuses on, but is not limited to, Alabama's automotive manufacturing needs. We are funded by an NSF grant,"carcam". This year is the beginning of our 3rd funding renewal. Auto Manufacturing is on the Governer's office of workforce development's strategic plan and the the list of high demand / high wage jobs. Institutiol Completion Post-secondary is emphasizing the desire for students to receive tiolly recognized certifications relevant to a student major, when possible OSHA 10 hr certification will be the first part of AUT 102 class. Test 1 will be the OSHA cert test. A Action Plan: lean certificate from the Natiol institute of Standards and Technology will be included in AUT 102 for the first time this year.
