7 Careers and Relevance Team October 2011 Recommendations Implement Professional Learning Teams for CTAE Establish Workforce Development Advisory Council Seek District Leadership for CTAE Resource Alignment Increase Marketing Efforts for CTAE Develop a CTAE Center/Career Academy closely aligned with technical, two-year, and four-year colleges. Every district interviewed had a center in place and experienced overwhelming success in terms of student engagement and reducing the number of dropouts and behavior issues.
