ABC Maritime A.G. manages commercially and technically a fleet of vessels including chemical tankers, offshore support vessels and bulkers. We have one of our vessels in a port somewhere in the world every 15 hours. The group has grown to being one of the world s leading providers of floating accommodation barges in West Africa and major names in the world of oil, offshore and finance consider ABC Maritime as a strategic partner. Bayside Services S.A. offers brokerage services to the international shipping community for sale & purchase, chartering and finance through our offices in Switzerland and Singapore. Headquartered on the shores of Lake Geneva (Lac Léman) in Nyon, the group has a well established network of contacts allowing us to offer global solutions to the shipping industry.

3 TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT ABC Maritime is a ship-management company, enjoying a long tradition of providing high quality technical management thanks to a team of master mariners, captains, engineers and deck officers. Our services are: Technical management Crew management and training Dry dock preparation and supervision Conversion preparation and supervision Planned maintenance implementation Procurement and logistics Safety, security, navigational, pre-vetting audits and health, safety and environment management Third-party inspections, on-hire/off-hire surveys, pre-purchase inspections, valuation and vessel conditions surveys New build specification writing, project management and onsite building supervision

Bayside Switzerland With nearly 70% of the world s physical commodities traded within a perimeter of 25 kilometers of our office, our team not only has an in-depth market knowledge but also, easy access to the world s major trading houses. We believe that we are able to give our clients a well informed and unique view for a range of wet and dry shipping markets, with specialist insight into niche markets. Bayside Singapore The Singapore office, opened in late, specialises in tankers and offshore vessels. It is here that we focus our competitive activities for sale & purchase as well as chartering including bareboat and lease-purchase. In the tanker sector, we are concentrating on ships ranging from smaller sizes to MRs. On the offshore side, we mainly deal with tugs, FSIV s and accommodation barges.
