ICAO FPL 2012 Change Overview Starting n vember 15, 2012, Filed Flight Plans must be filed in the 2012 frmat. Frm July 1 thrugh vember 14, 2012, pilts and carriers will be able t file either the ld ICAO flight plan frmat r the new ICAO 2012 flight plan frmat. This perid f time is knwn as the transitin perid. During this time, either flight plan frmat will be accepted, but nt bth fr the same flight.
