1 Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Limited 2 Lambeth Hill London EC4P 4WR Position: Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Manager: Head of International Marketing This is an FSA Controlled Function N/A Brief overview of role and job purpose Old Mutual Global Investors (OMGI) is a global asset management business managing 15bn of AUM from clients across Europe, Asia and the Americas through a range of onshore and offshore funds, hedge funds and segregated mandates. The business provides innovative, tailor-made investment solutions and solid investment returns for our clients and will also work in partnership with Wealth Management in the UK to deliver a comprehensive set of innovative investment solutions to our customers supported by local and selected international strategies. To support the core International and where necessary the UK wholesale channels with in the channel marketing team in the delivery of the wholesale marketing objectives including: Campaign planning and delivery Creating and maintaining best in class literature/web suite Regulatory / statutory communications E-communication delivery Compliance programme delivery This role will report through international covering international marketing programmes but will also support the UK channels where necessary as required in the delivery of the agreed marketing plans. This role will require the individual to work closely with the channel marketing heads and managers, the marketing services group and international sales team to implement both strategic and tactical business, sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share. Key Responsibilities The individual is responsible for: Supporting campaign activity including event delivery across core wholesale channels effectively leveraging the marketing resources function Managing the delivery of e-comms strategy including newsletters, invitations, webcasts invites, event invite and follow up, etc Manage all the webcasts on the BrightTalk channel and ensure appropriate MI is fed back to Sales team Maintaining core campaign literature suite and presentations with the marketing services team Support the implementation and monitoring of customer and service propositions, in conjunction with wholesale sales for the

2 channels Manage communication programmes in support of focus markets as directed by the head of international marketing Support the launch of new products into the channels, working closely with the marketing services team, agency services, Product Development and Sales Ensure the provision of product, market, competitor and performance information to clients and the International Wholesale sales teams is timely, relevant and impactful Design, implement and provide reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and contact programmes highlighting where improvements can be made Efficiently leverage the central marketing service resources providing clarity on campaign plans and resourcing requirement in the delivery of the channel marketing programmes Ensure full regulatory compliance and TCF of all Wholesale marketing materials, processes, procedures and campaigns To support the delivery of other ad hoc projects as required by the Heads of channel Marketing Build and develop product knowledge of OMGI and profile with key stakeholders across the business Support in the maintenance of the web content that is targeted to the core channels and work with the web marketing manager to deliver a best in class e-communication platform for the channels Key Risk and FSA requirements Key Technical and Behavioural Skills Qualifications & Experience: N/A Plus behavioural competencies Focused on results Analytical Thinking High level of personal confidence, able to lead and manage change through influence and persuasion Leadership courage with the ability to challenge key business decision-makers Credibility, professionalism and strong personal integrity Communicating with impact Delivery focused, with high energy and drive, and ability to deliver through others Strong risk awareness skills Excellent leadership skills Truly international in outlook, able to operate across different business environments and cultures Ability to recruit and retain top talent A role model for the Act Now!
