All units produced are custom made with the design specific to the client s requirements and certified by any Third Party Surveyor typically these include DNV, Lloyd s, USCG, ABS, BV and others. Structurally built to international offshore lifting requirements DNV and EN12079 our units are designed to work anywhere and in temperatures ranging from -40 C to +50 C. Our products are amongst the highest specified and most robust made anywhere and guaranteed to work worldwide. Electrical systems are designed to operate in all regions of the world regardless of voltage, frequency or rating. Our modules are truly global. 6 8 MODULES FOR HAZARDOUS AREAS SAFE AREA LAND-BASED MODULES 9 EX WORKSHOPS, LABORATORIES, DRILLER CON- TROL ROOMS AND WIRELINE / SLICKLINE UNITS Ex Workshops We produce a range of Ex workshop modules from complete complexes including breakout machines, nuclear calibration and wash bays, to converted 10ft containers. Ex Laboratories Our laboratory modules are fully fitted with Ex equipment and pressurised cabinets or the entire unit can be pressurised. Driller Control Rooms (DCR) We produce A60 or A0 fire rated DCR with space for operators in comfortable workplaces with special consoles containing controls and instrumentation for the main drilling equipment. Wireline / Slickline Units Our Wireline and Slickline Units can be produced as modular skids or trailer mounted, depending on specific client requirements. SAFE AREA LAND-BASED MODULES If you are looking for non-hazardous area use but require highly mobile and rugged units primarily for land based use, then we can produce a full design in conjunction with you. Usually based on our hazardous area designs, all units are custom made but can be constructed using either standard shipping containers or bespoke steel construction. The goal is to engineer these modules to be efficient but strong. These are based on ISO 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers and come in a range of layouts. Many of these can be bought from stock and provide a flexible solution as they can be combined into larger complexes, ideal for rigs and vessels.
