3 Welcome Rigfit Offshore Ltd has built its reputation by providing innovative managed solutions to organisations around the world. We believe in working with our clients to provide the services that best suit their business needs. To do this we create a close working relationship to give our clients the full benefit of our resources and experience an approach which allows them to focus on the key areas of their business. Rigfit Offshore Ltd was established in March 2002 and has since carried out a wide variety of projects worldwide, from the supply of living quarters bespoke furniture to complete rig accommodation refurbishment and new build accommodation modules. In August 2005 the company expanded and Rigfit International LLC (Dubai) was formed. With the formation of our Dubai branch we now have a very large pool of personnel which we can take either from the UK or UAE to carry out projects. This gives us the capacity to undertake projects of all sizes at reasonably short notice. In June 2009 our companies joined forces with the Global Energy Group and now benefits from the synergies of the group s business units and corporate support. We have a steel fabrication capability in Dubai, where we carry out the majority of modular accommodation construction. Our fabrication and outfitting methods are continually changing to keep pace with industry developments and client requirements At Rigfit Offshore we employ an across-the-board coverage of personnel surveyors, engineers, architects, project management and all trade required for the projects we undertake. 4 02/03 What we do We have worked extensively on drilling rigs, production platforms, FPSOs and ships. Our workforce is one of the most experiences in the specialist niche industry. Rigfit complies with all levels if international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, USCG, NORSOK and DCR, in conjunction with classification authorities such as DNV, Lloyds and ABS.

10 08/09 Modules With a full-time workforce of more than 50, Rigfit is in a position to carry out large orders on tight schedules as is often required in the offshore industry. Experience Rigfit completed a 32-man accommodation unit which was sited on the roof of a major drilling contractor s North Sea operating semisubmersible with a stair link module allowing direct access to the existing accommodation below. The unit was mounted entirely on antivibration mounts as the emergency generator room was directly below part of the module. The accommodation unit was built to the highest specifications as per HSE and ABS regulations and fully A60 rated. We carry out a wide range of marine and offshore accommodation contracts from single room upgrade/ refurbishment to the supply and installation of all architectural outfitting materials of a new-build rig.

11 Delivered services include: new build modular and monolithic maintenance, upgrade and refurbishment door maintenance classified and zoned modules cabins, offices, freezers/cold rooms, workshops etc asbestos removal and containment accommodation duct cleaning in-house cabinet making facilities, providing low or high quantity bespoke fire-retardant furniture for marine and offshore use

12 10 /11 Case study: Thule Power Rigfit were contracted by QGM to carry out new build works on the rig Thule Power, a jack-up drilling unit capable of operating in water depths of up to 250ft and drilling depths up to 30,000ft. On this contract Rigfit specified supplied/manufactured and fitted all materials required to carry out the scope of works including all insulation, floor screeds, floor coverings, wall cladding, ceilings, lighting, electrical cable supplies, new galley equipment, new mess hall furniture, wet units, doors, windows and custom made furniture for cabins and offices. All procurement for this contract was done from our Dubai office, and all works were carried out while the rig was in for a rebuild at the Dubai quay side.

14 12/13 Case study: Ocean Guardian Rigfit was contracted directly by Diamond Offshore to carry out upgrade works on the Ocean Guardian. On this contract Rigfit specified, supplied and fitted all materials required to carry out the scope of works including all floor screeds, floor coverings, wall cladding, ceilings, lighting and all furniture. All of these works were carried out when the rig was in Invergordon bay. The Ocean Guardian is an Earl & Wright Sedco 713 Series semi-submersible drilling unit capable of operating in water depths of up to 1,500ft.

16 14 /15 Case study: Hess Sendje Ceiba Rigfit was contracted directly by Hess EG to carry out upgrade works on the Hess Sendje Ceiba Floating Production, Storage and Offloading vessel (FPSO). On this contract Rigfit specified, supplied and fitted all materials required to carry out the scope of works, including all insulation, floor screeds, floor coverings, wall cladding, ceilings, lighting, electrical cable supplies. All furniture was designed and manufactured by our highly skilled cabinet makers. The materials for this were supplied from both Aberdeen and Dubai offices. Also on this contract we had our own specialist team that carried out asbestos removal/containment and cleaning of all accommodation ductwork.
