2 Dear Customer, ElectroHeat Sweden AB and Swedeheat Mobil Värmebehandling AB are two innovative companies based in Gothenburg, Sweden. ElectroHeat manufacture industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment to industrial companies all over the world and Swedeheat is a spe-cialist in creating custom made, effective heat treatment solutions. Together we offer high class heat treatment equipment and services. With our mobile equipment we can quickly be on site and with ease manage even the most complicated situations. This also makes us very versatile and able to work anywhere in the world. We offer a standard product range but we are also fully adaptable to our customers needs and requirements, each heating system can be made unique. A significant segment of the products are exported to Europe and the Middle East. In our workshops in Gothenburg, Sweden, we also have the possibility to execute heat treatment in one of our many stationary ovens. The heat treatment itself strengthens and prolongs the lifetime of the material. There is almost nothing that is too large or complicated for our skilled technicians to work with. 3 Heat treatment With over 30 years of experience we are a specialist at mobile heat treatment and regular heat treatment. We use our own equipment produced in our workshops in Gothenburg, Sweden which makes us very flexible. We design and produce special equipment for your specific needs. In our workshop in Gothenburg we also have the ability to offer heat treatment in our own furnace. We can help you with annealing, soft annealing, stress relieving, normalizing, drying and regular heating. We have the capacity of bringing the temperature of an object up to 1200 C. If the object happens to be too large for one of our many ovens, a custom made, temporary oven will be installed to ensure that the object reaches its desired temperature.

4 Mobile Heat Treatment Our mobile heat treatment equipment is in use in all kind of environments, all over the world. The stainless steel chassis makes it ideal for tough environments like oil rigs in Norway or power plants in Mongolia. With a user friendly interface and touch screen almost anyone can operate the equipment. The machines are both for rental and sale. We have technicians out in the field working only with mobile heating like pre-heating, post heat treatment and stress relieving. We can quickly and effectively mobilize both technicians and equipment to any site. With highly effective ceramic heaters and know-how we can easily set up custom made solutions regardless of the type or size of the object.

5 Calibration Recurrent calibration of the equipment is a strategic method of keeping the heat treatment process accurate. We offer skilled calibration technicians that help you with achieving a reliable heating process. All calibration instruments used are adapted to each heating process and have traceable calibration certificates. Installation and Training At delivery of equipment we offer a complete electrical and mechanical installation. Training is always offered to clients who order a new furnace or a new mobile heat treatment machine. We can also offer packages with customized training for your staff and process. Our specialist in heat treatment can hold seminars with the essentials of heat treatment, basic heat treatment methods etc. The training can be held at the site or at the location specified by the customer.

Repairing If you have an emergency break-down and are in need of repair or a temporary heat treatment installation, we can help you with a solution. We have technicians working fast and with high quality. Material can be prepared in our workshop for fast repairs or installation at the site. We can repair fan heating units, all type of elements or complete furnaces. Sometimes it is more convenient to send the equipment to us and we will make a fault diagnosis and quickly come back to you with an estimated price and repair time. We keep the most common parts in stock.

7 Temporary installations When it comes to larger objects that can t easily be moved or shipped, we offer custom made ovens put up on site or in our workshop in Gothenburg. These can be customized for treatment of the whole object or, if needed, pin pointed areas.
