4 How to get to Rugbyklubben Speed THREE SUNDAY TOURNAMENTS FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN 28menteamsand20womenteamswillplaythe sevens in Forthisreasonbothmenandwomenwillplaythree tournament on Sunday. BestteamsplaytheCup,secondgroupplaysforthe PlateandthelowestrankedteamsofSaturdayplayfor the Bowl.

5 Tournament Schedule The tournament is played Saturday and Sunday for men and women, and Saturday only for Old boys. Matches are played on five pitches located near therkspeedclubhouse.saturdaygamesareplayed12.00to19.00and Sunday 9.30 to Pools are announced Friday night and the playing schedule will be available Saturday at The Sunday playing schedule is announced Saturday evening at Men's teams Saturdaytheteamswillplayingroupsoffourorfiveteamsforseedingfor Sunday finals. Sunday cup, plate and bowl tournaments will be played according to saturday results. All three tournaments will be played in pools from which the best teams will play the finals. 13 INFORMATION FOR THE PARTICIPATING TEAMS The tournament runs Saturday and Sunday. ThetentareaisopenfromFridaymorning. The clubhouse is open Friday-Sunday. Saturday night all teams are invited to participate in the festivities where food is available from the barbeque and party may last all night. Facts about the tournament. For old boys rolling substitutions are allowed. 2. Saturday, all teams meet in RK Speed's clubhouse at Ladies' changing room and bath in Travbanehallen, Entrance A. 4. Men s changing room and bath in the sidebuilding Entrance D. 5.TherearetoiletsinAmagerhallenEntranceD,andthenintothehall. 6.ForallteamsstayingintentsthetentareaisopenfromFriday.Whenyouarrive, askforthetentresponsible,hewillshowyourteamaplacetocamp. Tournament form Men'steamswillbeputintopoolsdecidedbyadrawbeforethestartofthe tournament.thegameswillonsaturdaybeplayedon5pitches.thepitchesare locatedclosetoeachothersoitwillbepossibletowatchallthegames. OntheseconddaythebestteamswillplayatournamentfortheCOPENHAGEN SCANDINAVIAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. The second best teams will play for THEPLATE.ThelastgroupofteamswillplayatournamentforTHEBOWL. The ladies tournament will also be played both Saturday and Sunday. On the second day the best teams will play a tournament for the COPENHAGEN SCANDINAVIAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. The second best teams will play for THEPLATE.ThelastgroupofteamswillplayatournamentforTHEBOWL. Old boys play Saturday only. The final tournament form will be announced on Saturday morning. Therewillbeplayed3gamesperhouroneachpitch,i.e.,thetournamentlasts from11.30to20.00onsaturdayandfrom9.20to16.00onsunday.weexpectto playthe6finalsbetween13.00and16.00onsunday. Match rules The SO7 a-side match committee is the highest authority during the tournament. Matches are played after the international 7-a-side rules. Players can only play for oneteam.ifateam,duetoinjuries,isinlackofplayers,theteamwillbeallowedto useplayersfromotherteams,butonlyfromteamswhohaveleftthetournament andfromthesamerankingorlowerrankingtournament(cup PLATEorBOWL), it also requires acceptance from the match committee. All teams must register with the tournament organizers on arrival or by phone no later than Friday evening at Injuries There will be trained first aid people available for smaller injuries during the whole tournament.

14 Food drinks etc. Itwillbepossibletobuyfood,beerandsoftdrinksduringthewholetournament;itis also possible to order, before arrival, breakfast for Saturday and Sunday mornings. ThebarintheclubhouseisopenFridayeveningandfrom9AMonSaturdayand Sunday. Souvenirs will be sold in the club house. Saleofdrinksandrugbyitemsisforbidden,andwillresultinexclusionfromthe tournament.itisnotallowedtobringfoodanddrinksintotheclubhouse. Transport Public buses from the main railway station(centre of Copenhagen city) to Amager Hallen,(closetotheclubhouse).Transporttimeisabout30min. Train from the main railway station(centre of Copenhagen city) or from the airport to Tårnby station(10 minute s walk from the club house). Transport time is 10 min. Taxifromtheairportis5min.TaxifromcentreofCopenhagencityis15min. MotorhighwaytoCopenhagenairportispassingclosetotheclub,1½km. Accomodation Wehavespacefortentsnearbytheclubhouse.Forthosewhowillstayintentswe can arrange breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning.
