4 CAMPING RATES MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE PER CAMPSITE Camping with water and electric connections: $30 per site per night. A site is defined as the area immediately adjacent to each hookup on the downhill side. Camping with no connection to utilities: $15 per site per night. A site is defined as the space approximately the same size as a hookup site, but not adjacent to a water hookup. 6 Contracts - Amenities The following are items that you may add to your contract for an additional cost to your group. These items are only available with the rental of a lodge or meeting space. Please place a check mark in the box prior to the item. Your group will be billed for these charges on your final invoice. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the camp office. Amenities Tabernacle - Audio/Video Equipment 2 mounted LCD projectors and 2 large screens with everything hooked up to the sound table in rear of Tabernacle - $125 per event (maximum of 3 days). Must include the Media Specialist. Bring your own computer. Media Specialist - $20 / hr. Video Equipment - 1 LCD projector and 1 portable screen - $50 (laptop & sound not included) (may be used in any building) TV/DVD may be used in any building - $25 per event Audio Equipment - $75 per event (up to 3 days). Must include the Media Specialist (use in any bldg.) For groups with numbers larger than the above examples, call the Camp Office for pricing. Page 6
8 Addition Rental Information Your group can participate in an adventure experience lasting anywhere from one hour to a full week! We can provide meals, lodging, and all or part of the programming. Outdoor adventures are subject to weather. We are not responsible for weather related cancellations. We will however try our best to reschedule your group for another date. The group will lose their deposit if the event is cancelled within 30 days of event. If weather conditions cause you to reschedule your event, the deposit will be moved to the new date. *A $25 paper work processing fee may be charged after two revisions with a contract. **A credit card number will be held as a security deposit on all rentals.
