75 Bulk Water Supply to the City The current main source of water supply to the Mangaung Area is from the Welbedacht dam in the Caledon River. 145 ml/day is provided from the Welbedacht WTW. Water is transferred via Knelpoort dam, Rustfontein Dam, Mockesdam to the treatment works at Rustfontein (100 ml/day) and Maselspoort (110 ml/day).
