2 Agenda The agenda of this presentation is to disseminate (distribute) information to citizens about the Draft Smart City Proposal for Rajkot City. This presentation includes Stakeholder participation during Stage-I and Stage-II Draft Proposals on Area based Development (ABD) Pan City Solutions (PCS) 2

7 Area based Development Greenfield Development on 532 acre of land along three existing lakes in conjunction with the growth direction (west) of the city comprising of Planning themes Regional level recreation and tourism node forming city s identity with lake rejuvenation, water sports activities, Sports Arena, Village Zanki displaying rustic experience and promoting local art. Space for organised economic activities in the form of a Business Park and Convention & Exhibition Center supported with High density residential development, affordable housing 7 and world class hospitality and health care facilities
