This paper should indicate the status of the recipient s research at that point and how the funds were used to help advance the research. D. Undergraduate modern foreign language students must use the funds to study abroad at a foreign university and provide documentation of study abroad intent. Awards are posted to student accounts the year following application) While financial need is not a prerequisite of this scholarship, this award is not intended for elite students. It is for those who are shining in spite of their circumstances. C.
