8 2014 JANUARY goals February 1. Utilise Motueka High School Hub to incorporate Golden Bay High School, Collingwood Area School, Murchison Area School. 2. Develop and mechanism within the governance group to add a genuine industry voice. 3. Enhance Top of the South Trades Academy infrastructure in Nelson and Marlborough to support our growth. 4. Facilitate ongoing curriculum alignment discussions with our partners. GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS/SURVIVAL March 1. Accept that change is the norm and be prepared to redraw the diagram/picture often. 2. Be open to collaborative training possibilities with school and tertiary providers both in our region and nationally. 3. Be clear about what structures, mechanisms, tools and funding we can offer to support new initiatives. April the future
