1 Johnson & Wales University Scholarship for the American Culinary Federation and the American Academy of Chefs Eligibility Information To be considered by the scholarship committee, an applicant must: Be an incoming freshman to Johnson & Wales University; Enroll as a full-time, undergraduate student and attend classes in the day division in the Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts programs at any of Johnson & Wales University s four campuses (Charlotte, Denver, North Miami and Providence); Have an overall GPA of 3.0; Have a career goal of becoming a chef or pastry chef. Send the following items, postmarked no later than December 1st to: American Academy of Chefs 180 Center Place Way St. Augustine, FL Completed application. Two letters of recommendation from instructors. (This person may not be related to the applicant in any manner.) Financial aid release form. Sealed official transcript showing current GPA.
