2 Swiss Education Group is a network of Switzerland s leading hospitality management schools. Open House The Open House has been designed for candidates interested in gaining a hotel and hospitality management education in Switzerland. It is an event where you get the opportunity to: Visit the different campuses of the schools Receive detailed information on academic programmes Meet current students, faculty and school management Discover Switzerland as a study location The aim of this event is to allow you to get an insight into the Swiss hotel school experience, by discovering each of the schools in terms of academic programmes, facilities and atmosphere, and help you to choose the right school and programme for your future studies. Conditions of Participation The Open House is an event for students interested in undergraduate programmes Swiss Higher Diploma and Bachelor degrees. Students interested in postgraduate programmes are kindly asked to contact Swiss Education Group to schedule an individual visit. The participation in the Open House is free of charge and without obligation. Swiss Education Group offers you 1, 2 or 3 hotel nights depending on the school(s) you visit, on the condition that you participate in the whole programme you are registered for. Meals are provided free of charge during the visits to each campus. Transportation is provided between visiting the schools; you must organise your own transportation to and from the airport. The minimum age for candidates to participate is 16 years. We allow a maximum of 3 guests per party (1 candidate plus 1-2 parents) and provide one hotel room per family.

MONDAY TUESDAY MORNING Visit of IHTTI School of Hotel Management Neuchâtel (8h-14h) Visit of Swiss Hotel Management School Caux (8h-14h) AFTERNOON Visit of Hotel Institute Montreux (15h-20h) Visit of César Ritz Colleges Le Bouveret and/or Culinary Arts Academy Le Bouveret (15h-20h) Arrival day: Sunday (for all participants visiting IHTTI on Monday) Monday (for participants NOT visiting IHTTI) Tuesday (for participants only visiting César Ritz Colleges/ Culinary Arts Academy Le Bouveret) Departure day: Monday (for participants who only visit IHTTI) Tuesday (for participants visiting Hotel Institute Montreux and/or Swiss Hotel Management School) Wednesday (for participants visiting César Ritz Colleges/ Culinary Arts Academy Le Bouveret) Individual School Visits Swiss Education Group also organises individual visits of all schools for: Candidates who are interested in Postgraduate and Master s programmes Candidates who wish to visit the campuses in Lucerne, Leysin or Brig which are not part of the Open House programme Candidates who are not able to join the Open House events We kindly ask you to contact us on visit@swisseducation.com or to schedule a date for your visit.
