7 OVERVIEW This four story, twenty four foot wide, south facing, masonry building is located on the north side of King Street between Charlton and Vandam Streets. This Landmark property arose on April 1866, having been conveyed by the Rector Church Wardens and Vestrymen of Trinity Church to George A. Boyce. Originally constructed twenty four feet wide by forty feet deep, the previous owner, in the 1970 s, created an addition extending the left half of the townhouse, measuring approximately twelve feet wide by forty-eight feet deep.
