Refund will be made after the Conference as follows: Cancellation on and before 15 th August 2015 : 50% refund Cancellation after 15 th August 2015 : Nil CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates. LIABILITY The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the delegates during the Conference. 8 Scientific Communications Delegates are encouraged to submit abstracts for free paper / poster presentations online to Please log-on to our website for full details on how to submit abstracts. Please read the guidelines carefully before writing your abstract. Only Abstracts that confirm to the given guidelines will be accepted. GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Abstracts should be submitted not later than 15 th August Abstracts are subjected to approval by the Scientific Committee and will only be accepted upon Full Registration of the presenting author at the Conference. The abstract must be in Microsoft Word for PC file format. Title: Type the title in Bold using upper and lower case letters. Authors and Affiliations: The first author listed should be presenting author. Use initials for the first middle names. When more than one author is listed use superscript numbers to match authors and institutions. Capital words only as required. The list of author names should be followed by the author s institution, city or state and country. Abstracts Text: Leave one blank line between the affiliation and the beginning of the abstract text. Text must be typewritten in black using Arial, Font Size 10. Abstract Length: Should be not more than 250 words. Faxed copies of the abstract will NOT be accepted. Presentation will be in poster format. Please follow the abstract submission guidelines carefully. An Acknowledgement will be sent to you once you have successfully submitted your abstracts. Please contact Conference Secretariat if you do not receive the Acknowledgment . IMPORTANT NOTE Authors of abstracts accepted for presentations MUST be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentation, travel and accommodation during the Conference. Please register as a delegate before 15 st August 2015 to ensure that your abstracts will be published in the abstract book. STRUCTURE OF ABSTRACTS Abstracts should comprise the following elements, with each beginning a new paragraph: Title: The abstract title should be in initial capital/lower case, not all capitals. Authors: Authors name should be listed in the surname-last format and should be initial capital/lower case, not all capitals. Institutional affiliations should be indicated with superscript numbers following the author name. Affiliation: All affiliations should contain institution, city and country. Abstract Text: is to be structured in Sub-headings such as Introduction, Method and Results. Editing of abstracts is restricted to corrections of spelling and style only.

9 INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION The poster should have a clear heading which includes the tile and name of the authors. The font size should be large enough to be read from a distance of 5 feet. Poster boards measuring 90cm (width) and 120cm (length) will be provided. The poster should not be larger than 90cm (width) and 120cm (length). Adhesive materials will be provided for putting up the posters. Please refrain from using any unspecified materials that may damage the poster panel boards. Deadline for the abstract submission is 15 th August 2015
