4 TERMS & CONDITIONS Registration 1. Participants are required to register using full name as per NRIC. Proof of identity is required before the start of the course. 2. Registration form of Professional Course may be submitted via standard mail, facsimile or address as stated below. 3. Registration must reach RHBIB or OSKIB by 19 April All confirmed participants will receive an confirmation of registration and payment details. Cancellation 5. Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and to reach RHBIB or OSKIB on or before 22 April % of the Course Fees will be refunded to the participant for any cancellation of attending the Professional Course on or before 22 April No refund will be given for cancellations received after 22 April Eligibility 8. Participants are required to have maintained a futures trading account with RHBIB or OSKIB to be eligible to admission for the Professional Course Fees & Charges 9. The Course Fees is RM1,380 which includes 2 days trading course, course material, 2 days lunch and tea break. 10. No refund will be made if the participant is absent from the Professional Course. Discounts 11. Participants are entitled for discount of RM200 if either one (1) of the following criteria are met Early Bird Registration received by OSKIB prior to 1 April 2013 Valued Client Participants who traded at least 100 lots of futures contracts in past 6 months with RHBIB/OSKIB. This is also applicable to participants who have futures trading accounts with both RHBIB and OSKIB and have traded 100 lots of futures contracts in the past 6 months. 12. Participants who have met both criteria will be entitled to RM400 discount of the Course Fees.

5 TERMS & CONDITIONS Course Fee Rebate 13. Course Fees will be rebated to participants if any of the following criteria are met within 3 months after the Professional Course 100 lots of foreign futures contracts traded 50% rebate on Course Fees paid; 200 lots of foreign futures contracts traded 100% rebate on Course Fees paid; Rebate RM 1 per lot of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives products traded. 14. Trading volume in both Bursa and foreign futures contract are entitled for Course Fees rebate. Total rebate is capped at total Course Fees paid by the participants. Payment 15. All payments (including refund) and rebate of Course Fees will be debited and credited through participants futures trading account. 16. Course Fees will be deducted from participants accounts upon confirmation of registration. 17. Course Fees will only be rebated on the 4th month after the Professional Course. Changes 18. OSKIB reserves the right to make changes to the time, date, syllabus, speakers, venue or cancel the course if warranted by circumstances beyond its control where OSKIB will notify the participants of the changes made. 19. In the event of cancellation of the course, Course Fees will be refunded through participants futures trading account. OSKIB will not be liable for any other cost incurred by the participant.
